Riley was an amazing help with finding product for me at the store! Halloween items are in hot demand and she was able to locate a product for me that was not yet set out from receiving as restock. She took the time to locate the item and bring it to me. She rocks!

Hi, my name is Sean and I am a general contractor that spends over $70k a year at this specific location, I am sometimes here multiple times a day. Whether you get greeted nicely or you happen to run into an aggravated employee who seems rude and upset is a crap shoot. Usually the hostile employees are temporary and you will likely not see then in the coming months as they are likely seasonal or terminated, however, it doesn't change the fact that you have the unfortunate fate of having to deal with them. My last experience was from: Sales Person SLW24UF at the ProDesk of all places. Extremely rude and hostile even to my employee who was just trying to checkout. She had several comments and attitude the entire time. I'm really growing tired of these temporary employees. Jackie, who is the manager of the pro department really needs to get these folks in shape or ship them out.

Great for quick runs on in stock items. Horrible for online, curbside and everything else with substance or bulk. Wanna door? Wait 4hrs plus or order online and wait more. Either way, if you need it quick..don't trust this store. Go to Austell

bought stove. third party delivered. unable to select delivery date that worked. this job out of town so appliance is arriving before will be on site. Home Depot staff unable to modify or cancel order. Subsequently told they had 5 minutes after order placed to do so. We tried with numerous Home Depot internal and store support people to cancel or reschedule and unable to do so. so I'm stuck with trying to figure out how to be 300 miles away to receive order that's delivered when did not want it to be. Frustrating. lesson to all. Don;t order anything from Home Depot that is third party delivered.

Cumberland is the best Home Depot I've ever been in. It is always well stocked, with plenty of very helpful staff.

I'm an older lady and I needed 16 cinder blocks and caps and was loading them on a cart. When a female associate saw me she immediately came to help load. Then a male assocaite saw us loading and he came to help as well. The help was much appreciated!

The staff that works here are so friendly! Smiles that go on forever. This store has a wonderful energy about it.

I have never gone to this store and not found what I was looking for (and more).The associates are always friendly and helpful. They get a A+ from me for stock and service.

While buying bags of pebbles, I was trying to figure out how to get them into the cart. Along came Mohamed who quickly stepped up to help this old grandmother with her three little grandsons. Not only did he get me to the cash register, he took the time to show me where the brown paper was to put in the bottom of my trunk. He didn’t stop there. We got to my car, he placed the brown paper at the bottom, & the heavy pebbles on top. He did all this & kept smiling the whole time. He was very patient & very kind. When I go back to Home Depot, I’ll be looking for him—a definite asset to this business!

It is harder to find employees in the aisles these days. I find knowledgeable team members in the aisles every time. Most recently it was Electrical.

I did not expect to get help when my friend and I recently Stopped at this store to pick up some needed gardening and landscaping supplies. But when we arrived a very nice young man offered assistance and loaded heavy items on our cart and then put them in our vehicle. He was super compassionate, friendly, and professional. He exemplified excellent customer service. I was impressed with the selection and the friendly employees who greeted us and offered assistance. I highly recommend this store!

Two employees carrying in a convo mid aisle, bad mouthing someone else while I’m in between them. Never offered to help. Felt invisible.

This expansive, well-stocked, well-laid-out consumer-friendly store is exceeded only by its professional, friendly and helpful employees. A first-rate experience.

Sam and Tina were so helpful, patient and kind that I went ahead and scheduled appointments for estimates in both kitchen as well as windows. Old school customer service in the best way possible! It really was a unique and delightful experience that I haven’t on a shopping trip in a long time, if ever. They set the bar high.

I go to this store about every 2 weeks. I now own 2 homes and could not survive without HD.

You used to have knowledgeable people in the area they serve. I don't see that anymore or if they exist, they are hard to find.

I really don't like self check out for any retailer. Even if there isn't a problem (and frequently there is), it is irksome that a giant store makes customers wait on themselves.

I have shopped for Xmas products numerous times this season. On each occasion, the women seasonal employees were eager to help and courteous. They are amazing, and so much better than the regular crew, who should learn from their actions.

I was sent a survey to review how my visit to the Cumberland store near Atlanta GA went on 12/2/24…The problem is I don’t live anywhere near there and was not visiting there at that time. I can’t shop in GA if my physical location is Texas. This email gave me cause for concern about identity theft… Not good vibes!

Home Depot is clean and the Service is superb!

Everyone is very courteous and eager to help me find things in the store.

Store was HOT!! Despise the checkout cameras - being made to feel like a criminal and under surveillance as I self check with over 500 of purchases - and I managed it all by myself with constant reminder that I was under surveillance. Hate it.

This was my best Home Depot experience ever! There were plenty of staff who actually came up to me to ask if I needed help; more than once! I didn't have to go hunting down miles of aisle to find someone. The staff were friendly, knowing, helpful, polite, just wonderful. I was visiting from out of town but would visit this Home Depot anytime!

Wasted weeks of my time. Dozens of hours on the phone with customer service, 5+ trips to the store just to pay for my order. Then when I payed over the phone, the customer service representative used my card to pay for a women’s order in Illinois. Someone ended up canceling that without any communication, only to start this process all over; the process being to merely pay for my order. This delayed the renovation weeks since you have to have a successful payment to order materials. The job is fine, but not worth all the headache at all. Go to somewhere local where they care. You’d think in the city the headquarters resides in, the service would be better. But I guess I should have put up more of a fuss and not been so patient and understanding. Very disappointing.

Took 7 attempted deliveries es to finally get dishwasher and refrigerator that I paid for.

They changed the way people check out, last time I was there. I've never had to wait so long before. The line was long, whereas I never had to wait before they changed it. The other people in line did not look happy about it either. You may wanna re-think that idea.

I shop here a few times per month & appreciate the convenience however HD needs to step up salespeople on the floor to aid customers. Also discontinuing brands to only a select few lessens the quality of products -especially in the plant & electrical departments.
