Worked with Patrick to get a new lock rekeyed. He was a wizard, and he took time to show me how the rekeying process works. That reinforced my decision to bring it to him instead, because it does not look easy. Really appreciate his help, and he is an asset to your store and company.

Every employee is very friendly and helpful but Robert Exceeded all of our expectations he knows about hopscotch And that’s on. The world should have more Roberts thank you Robert for going above and beyond and telling us about this survey.

We decided to take the carpet of 20 years out of our home and go with flooring. We did shop at many places. The employee Taylor at this Home Depot was so knowledgeable and helpful. It made our decision easy. We have have other jobs done by this store and always are satisfied with the service and insulation.

I bought a battery powered blower about a week ago and the service I had was remarkable

I visited the store no less than 6 times over 3 days. Each and every time I was met with outstanding customer service and friendliness. I must have had 10 different associates help me, cashiers, etc. and EVERY one was amazing. I would drive 20 miles out of my way to go to THIS store to get this kind of fantastic customer experience.

stopped in for a few items and one of the sales guys was very helpful but I fail to get his name. Check out was a breeze, Salvia was fast and friendly.

The first time I went to Home Depot was at the store on memorial drive near Decatur with my father. I was impressed with it because was familiar with Builders Square in Texas. There seemed to better choices and customer service.

This is the worst place ever! They promise large purchases and then can not deliver… literally can not deliver.. because the driveway is gravel and it’s raining… it’s a fridge! It’s packaged flooring, it’s a bag of supplies… so yes I’m sure a “doer can get to the HD put their own hands on something but it and take it home and get it done… but if it comes to the actual store, employees, management, “DOING” anything that is the extreme complete opposite! Swipe that card and watch the circus show begin! Delivery truck says can’t deliver today it’s gravel.. yes sir it’s been gravel for 20 years.. oh mam I can try again Friday.. well sir I hate to disappoint but it’s Monday and I’m not taking another day off because Friday my driveway will still be gravel and your still gonna be incompetent on your work abilities.. well I do t deliver on gravel driveways.. ok so you lied about coming back Friday!? Mam I have to go I have an important call… smh. Complete example of “HOME DEPOT.. Where doers don’t work!”

I came in with a battery to match. The number on the battery did not match any numbers on the packages, but Fred, took the time to research it and found the perfect match and it works beautifully!!!

When we get out of the car at Home Depot, he gets so excited. He loves riding in the cart and checking everything out.

I bought a set of washer and dryer today and worked with Al Sande when deciding which was best for my needs and my budget. Was a perfect shopping experience and that is a hard find these days.

Seriously the best customer service I've received anywhere from anybody in a really long time. I was having difficulties with an online order so I called the store. Will helped me over the phone but I had to go into the store to place the order. By the time I got there Will had the order pulled up and ready to go for me, all I had to do was pay. Great service, super knowledgeable and all around nice guy. Made my day actually it was such a breeze!

I love going to this HD. I'm always greeted by name when I walk through the door. It's like being in my own neighborhood where people know you and like you. The employees here (especially Robert, one of their Pros and Coney) always go out of their way to help you and make sure you find what you're looking for. Gosh, I wish I could Geneve their names right now, but several of the garden center summer employees are the same way. Recognize you, get you and always go out of their way to help you. Great store!! I'll always go to this store as long as they continue to hire such wonderful people.

I am thrilled with the cordless full size Ryobi Glue gun i purchased yesterday! i have a footstool my cats shredded so i cut off the fabric and wrapped it in sisal rope. Glued the whole thing in place with this glue gun. fast responsive and easy with NO cord!
