Cumming Georgia store has done a great job of training the staff to understand the details of your products and provide help to the customers.

Great store, best of the best! Everyone helps, I never have to ask for it. Very knowledgeable staff and I love my military discount!

It is frequently difficult to find someone to help me in this store unless I am there first thing in the morning. I am usually there in the afternoon so I get very frustrated trying to find help so I usually just go to the front desk and ask to see a manager for help before trying to look for it myself.

The store was well organized. The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was working in support of completing the purchase/pick up of irrigation parts for a HOA landscape project on a Sunday. Though the Pro-desk was closed, I received excellent support from the Service desk. The service desk staff person asked great questions and worked to source the entire order. Very professional and had the system knowledge to fill the order with inventory from local stores. Though young, great attitude, professional and seemed to appreciate the opportunity to serve and get the business.

This store is clean and the customer service is Zenith and it compares to Home Depot when they first opened their doors! Great to have people in the store to help regardless of my needs.....

The employees of this Home Depot are knowledgeable about the products on their shelves. They are courteous and helpful. Always smile and chat with you.

Recently I had the opportunity to visit Home Depot to look at a washer and Dryer. I did some comparison shopping and found what I wanted at Home Depot. The customer service that I received was exceptional in store and I hope the delivery of my items will be the same.

This is my home store. Consistent with GREAT customer service. I have notice the store manager helping load customers during peak business hours on Saturdays in drive thru. This is why they are the number one home improvement retailer.

I have shopped Home depot in Dawsonville, Gainesville, Dahlonega and Cumming Georgia I have to say that the Cumming store always seems to have enough employees on the floor to help with customer questions with out haveing to search for them. THeir plant selection is always perfect and nice looking! I prefer to shop this location.

The spring has been very busy especially on Sunday afternoons. Busy especially when the brown mulch is on sale. What I appreciated about 2 of the employees one Sunday afternoon is that when they saw me disgruntled they came to the rescue and did some major service recovery. That's what makes a good team is if one person is having a bad day, the others have his back and make sure the store is represented well and recovered well.

Products were easy located

Store was clean and organized the staff is helpful and friendly Charlotte the cashier especially great job!

Aisle 60 in OSLG was bare, broken, ripped, bags of mulch, most of the home slots were empty and not replenished, and when I asked four different associates, two of which that were operating PE if they could please take a FULL pallet of black mulch that was in top stock down, directly above the empty home slots, they said they couldn't do that because they were too busy. This is 12:45 p.m. on a Monday afternoon, after spring break.....The store was dead, and there were at least 6 associates working the drive through, WITHOUT any cars that needed to be loaded. What are you too busy doing?? Because you definitely were not servicing any customers...Definitely a case of the "Not my job" mentality...

Great store, friendly people and they almost always have what I came for

I’m a company owner with a contractor acct, I shop weekly at Homedepot, and many times in large quantities due to Homedepot being my go to store for all my projects. This also means many times I have left over items to return. Most of my experiences with Homedepot have been pleasant and have gone smoothly but today I was extremely dissatisfied with the way “Tara from the pro desk”, handled the situation. She refused to accept my return because it was purchased at another Homedeopt store and had some mud on it, nothing that would affect the material once washed off, what was more frustrating is that it wasn’t even her department she was advising the associate assisting me not to accept my return. Ultimately I was finally helped by terry from returns , who got a head manager who issued my refund. Unfortunately this process took more than two hours for something that should had taken under 5 minutes. After dealing with this hassle, I still shopped for my project materials in Home Depot, hope you guys keep an eye on this....

I have been going to the Home Depot in Cumming, GA for many years. I appreciate the warm smiles, good service, and knowledge about the products. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily with the help of the sales associates. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

ESPECIALY FREE SHIPPING IN STORE PICK-UPS EASY RETURNS IN EXAMPLE IF I'M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I NEED I'LL PURCHASE 3 DIFFERENT AND RETURN THE 2 THAT DIDN'T FIT. NO QUESTIONS ASKED GIVE ME CREDIT INSTANTLY.

The associates at this store are friendly and knowledgeable. They help us find the right product for our needs. We mostly participate in the monthly kids workshops:-The crew is fantastic for that, they greet the children well and make the kids feel proud of themselves for completing the projects. We have been to Alpharetta store as well where the reception was not good. Now we are visiting the Cumming store every week :-)

The employees are always helpful. I like the return policy, it"s a breeze. The high flat carts are amazing to load and unload.
