My Home Depot is friendly and a most enjoyable place to shop.

Very helpful

All Home Depot’s have lost their customer service but this one is the worst. I was trying to look at plywood for my remodeling project and was told you can’t look at that, I’ll send someone over. After asking for help 5 times and waiting an hour I gave up. Their attitude is where else can you go. Just another case of the decline of business in the US. Would have given a zero but that’s not allied

This store is always helpful and products always there....BUT....a recent first time appliance purchase was delivered damaged. It had obviously been dropped and still put on the truck to be delivered. We were told we would receive a replacement in 2 days and then received a call from the Manufacter that it would take 2 more weeks. Not my local Home Depot stores fault

Alaric was awesome. He was very helpful and spent alot of time with us deciding on what composite decking board to go with. I was about to give up and go somewhere else, but he was very patient and wanted to make sure that we were happy with our purchase, since it was a very big purchase.I wished that I could have told him how much we appreciate what he did for us.Also the guys that helped us load up were so nice and friendly. One man in particular, Cameron, helped us load up our massive amount of lumber and composit boards wish can be very slippery. We had the best service ever but wished there was more that 2 colors to choose from. Please someone tell these young men thankyou for all that they do.

I love to come to this Home Depot to shop. Managers are capable and responsive. It can't be topped for friendly customer service. WOW...and low prices to boot! How good can life get!!!

Last spring (2017) I purchased 2 trees from the nursery department and asked the cashier to please put them aside until I could return with a truck to pick them up. I said that this might take several days as i had to ask a friend for the loan of their truck. The cashier wrote these instructions on their copy of the sales slip. BUT when I returned several days later and said I wanted to pick up the trees I had purchased NO ONE knew anything about my purchase! I had my sales slip with me and showed it to the cashier - they apologized for the problem and told me to pick out any 2 trees in the nursery department. So I did, but I was very upset that the flowering fruit trees I had purchased were not put aside and held for me! This was the only problem I have ever had at this Home Depot.

The store was clean and all the product I look forward there and easy to find. When I needed help, they were plenty of employees to ask and they were very friendly and willing to help and even walk me to the aisle and the item I was looking for. At the checkout they were quick and courteous and friendly also. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this store to anyone and do.

If you are doing a kitchen or bathroom remodeling make sure you ask for Marcia and Mikal. They will go out of their way to make your experience as smooth as possible.

This Home Depot is my "go to" for every DIY project and renovation I do, and I could not be happier with them. Cole and Matt have always gone above and beyond to help me get special financing, additional credit and discounts when available. As a new North Georgia area resident, licensed real estate agent, interior designer and investor, every dime counts. Having the flexibility to defer interest payments as well as to make design changes at the last minute (i.e.: returns and exchanges), can make or break my profit margin ... especially in the vacation rental business. These folks have consistently gone to bat for me, even offering to personally deliver a major appliance at one time. I have nothing but praise for them and look forward to many more years of working with them to realize my real estate investment dreams.
