Love this store! Most friendly customer service ever!

Your store and employees were very nice and caring about my needs, "I needed to come in and get back to my project so I did what I always do when I'm in a hurry, I just asked one of your employees what I needed he took me to the isle and I paid for the merchandise and back to the job I went".

We have shopped at many Home Depot's but having relocated to Dahlonega, GA we have seen exemplary customer service every time we shop here. Everyone is friendly and helpful and rarely do we have to wait for assistance. The store is clean and also seems to be ample inventory.

We recently purchased a washer and dishwasher at the Dahlonega Home Depot. We easily found the appliances we needed. The store was clean and I asked for help in the appliances department. It was only a few minutes until Cheryl found us to help us. She is an excellent sales representative and went above and beyond our expectations to make our shopping experience easy and pleasant. It was really nice to have someone who seemed to genuinely care about what we needed and enjoyed her job. I would recommend the Dahlonega Home Depot to anyone. And if you're looking for appliances be sure to ask for Cheryl!

This store is clean and has the best customer service of any Home Depot we have been to. This store is always organized and well stocked. We are so grateful this one is right in our little town.

The store in particular has the greatest customer service. If you're lucky to meet Leslie,she is a wonderful asset to the company. So friendly, so helpful, goes over and Beyond to make sure you are happy and pleased.

Store is clean and tidy. Parts are well stocked and easy to find. Isles are clear of obstructions and easy to navigate. Restroom is clean and tidy! Cashier opened her line for me even though there was but one person in front of me in the already open line. This store is much cleaner that the other Dahlonega store on Hwy 60. It is a joy to shop here. People are very friendly and eager to help.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful! The store and bathroom are clean. Brian, who is not assigned to work in Plumbing, was especially helpful in the plumbing dept.

Very helpful employees everywhere! They even asked if I needed help without being approached! Also as one was showing me to what I requested he was picking up trash on the floor. Unheard of in the area we are moving here from.

This has to be the most friendliest place to go and shop. They are helpful, courteous and so very friendly. We love bringing our dog with us and put him in a cart and he says "hi" to everyone.

I recently purchased and moved into a doublewide mobile home in the North Georgia mountains, in the heart of wine country. The house required a major overhaul to meet my high expectations for my private residence and potential vacation rental. As a real estate agent, investor and interior designer/rehabber, I really needed a team of knowledgeable individuals to help me make my house into a home. And quickly. The team at the Home Depot Dahlonega have continued to go out of their way to expedite every visit there I have made. Cole and Matt have done things like call a department ahead to let them know what I needed to get, saving me time and funds, as I had contractors on the job. Matt called me on the day of my move to ensure me that my old appliances would be removed as promised from my front yard, making it easier for my movers to access the front door. Cole set me up for a credit card with special financing allowing me to very soon purchase a good metal roof for my house. I will absolutely be using this Home Depot for all my future rehab projects and look forward as well to sending Craig Menear a video of the completed project with “before” and “after” images. Kudos to all the staff at the Dahlonega store! See you soon!

I love this Home Depot! It's always clean and the sales associates are eager to help and show you where items are. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need.

Helpful staff in searching our item, and then in getting us checked out and loaded in the car.

We live close to the Dahlonega Home Depot and look forward to going there. Employees are very pleasant and helpful, goes out of their way to help you. The store is always clean neat and well stocked. As soon as you enter the store someone always greet you and ask if they can help.

Customer service!! I am a do-it-yourself and I have lots of questions. Every question I have had has been answered. I can always find an employee who is very willing to help. Dahlonega is my FAVORITE store!!

This store is impeccably tidy, the selections are superior and inviting, and the employees are the most helpful of any store I shop at....What else could a do-it-yourselfer desire?!!!

I was extremely pleased with this Home Depot #6980. The store was neat and clean and well stocked. The salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not overbearing. All in all a very satisfying experience. Will be back !

I visited this Home Depot store recently while on my lunch hour at work for a product I needed. I had trouble locating the item initially and since I was on limited time I asked an employee for assistance. Not only did he willingly direct me to the product, but also instructed me that there were more of this product at another department within the store. He also advised me that the product in the other location was of better quality and at less of a price. He then walked me to the item which was quite a distance away. He was friendly and helpful the entire time he provided assistance. When I got to checkout I was delighted to find that the cashier was equally as friendly and efficient. The only reason I am not likely to visit this store again as I typically visit the Home Depot near my home on weekends. Overall my experience at this Home Depot store was excellent!
