Phineas Suafai, Dept 25 was my sales associate. He was knowledgeable and professional, and had great pride in assisting me with my weed trimmer purchase. He showed me certain features on the machine, had me hold it for comfort and use. This young man demonstrated professionalism throughout the whole process of my choosing the right trimmer for me. Thank you Phineas.

the store was clean , friendly employees as well as helpful in finding my items, the prices of cordless tools were great, different choices of tools as well, store was organized. the staff in the pro shop/dept, was helpful as well , im a pro rewards client, the staff -tony,shina,ray,carolina was helpful to me , good team in the pro shop!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PRO DEPT AND STORE IT SELF!! GREat attitude as well !!!! 100 percent satisfied!!!

2nd floor Gregory is the best. He made sure that I got the right product & will not waste your time to exchange if the product doesn't work. He tested the outdoor light for me when he was told that I needed the outdoor light for my fence on that night. He delivered excellent services above & beyond my expectations.

I knew what I needed, got it and ready to pay through self check. Milin was available and offered to ring up my transaction. I've seen many times where retail employees would rather do something else than work. Glad to see that there are employees like Milin who understands and provides customer service. Thank you!

Terry in plumbing was AMAZING and very helpful with the odd project I was trying to accomplish. I have a diabetic cat that I take care of who I can't touch. But he needs insulin twice daily. Terry was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with my mom and I. He helped pick out the proper pieces I needed in order to complete my injection pole. Thanks again! MJB

The excellent assistance I got from the service desk and other employees that assisted even not being asked made my day. I am still waiting for other materials I ordered n line and I am sure even how heavy the materials, I don't have to worry since the help is being offered

The D.C. HD, staff are very inattentive to customer needs. The staff are either on their cell phones or talking to each other. Must search for someone to help you. No one takes the extra step at this HD. Always been like this. Rare exception is Monica, the cashier. A good manager should reward an employee on the spot for coming to the assistance of a customer. Most folks will not take the time to go on line to give feedback, people are too busy. This is a major system flaw of corporate HD. Employees need to be vested to go the extra mile. A computer survey is a cheap way to do nothing. Ultimately, your bottom line will suffer.

This store has enough employees to find someone to help you with what your looking for. I know the store pretty well because I am always working on my older home and often this is my first and only stop for shopping for what I need.

6am on a weekday morning is a great time to visit this store, no traffic or parking hassles. Everything I needed was available, and Terry in Plumbing was particularly helpful.
