The store was fine, they did not have the bulb of particular wattage I was looking for, had to buy one with less wattage.

Everything i needed was there. Employees are very easy to locate. A worker there, Jenny Chan was helpful and knew where the merchandise were.

If you are redoing your kitchen use Kevin Chen at the West lake Home Depot. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with.

The store was well illuminated, clean, well organized and products were very easy to find. This particular trip was on a Saturday morning around 08:15am, so there were few customers in the store. Store Associates were literally everywhere I walked throughout the store and readily volunteered to assist me in finding my items, but since I was familiar with the store I knew where my items were located within the store and kindly declined their help. I quickly located the item I came for and walked directly to a checkout stand, where I was the only person, and met Associate Jenny, who was very pleasant and efficient. Associate Jenny scanned my item, asked if I was able to find everything I came for and told me the total price. Just as quickly, I swiped my credit card, collected my receipt and exited the store. My total time spent at Home Depot today was approximately twenty minutes and if did not walk slowly, with the aide of a cane, I could have easily cut the time in half.

The store associates here go out of their way to help maker moms like me find supplies that we'll use in unexpected ways! Like this weird request, "I need a long, flat strip of metal that we can use to make our own pioneer wagon canopy..." The associate understood what might work, and helped us find a plastic version which has worked out much better! We also love the children's workshops here and try to come as often as possible.

Everything is easy to find... the associate who helped me, Czar was very knowledgable.

The paint color we wanted in a large quantity may have been placed with other item numbers but we were able to find it in smaller quantities and end up saving more due to the Labor Day special. Happy customer from the great help with the sales associates

While shopping for a toilet seat, I ran into two store employees who were very pleasant and offered assistance. When I went to pay for my item, i accidentally went to the Returns Lane. The young lady was very pleasant and even rang up the item for me.

This store location in Westlake Shopping Mall is very convenient. The store is well stocked and has a good variety of selections to choose from. The store is a little smaller than some, so if there is a step ladder in the aisle or lots of shopping carts in addition to the in-aisle displays, it can be a bit tight to go down the aisles. It's a small problem. The store and the restrooms are very clean. Some product search screens placed around the floors would helpful. If they are there I didn't see them. However, the staff there are very helpful and friendly.

Even thought store is small than the others but I keep coming to buy things because it is very good customer service, very organize, easy to find the items, new merchandises. Staffs are very patient and excellent skills experiences to support for consumers as well.

I went to the store to have then make copies of keys. I ended up purchasing a couple of products with the help of an associate by the name of Eliska. She helped me find the exact product that I needed as there were many similar choices and I could have easily made the wrong selection. Check out process was very quick.

I received exceptional help at this Home Depot. I have gone to many Home Depots, and the service that I received at this one on a few questions was notably above average. Highly knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to facilitate purchase including working with me to go online to add a product that was not available at the store (which arrived at my home with no additional fees within the week).

I had a question about a price about the product. The sales associate pulled out his price checker from his belt and scanned the product. He conformed my suspicions about the price.

I was assisted by Vernell Wilkins in flooring. I'm not often impressed by the helpfulness of the employees of a business but Vernell went above and beyond. I've been helped a little most of the time, and not at all on occasion, but the times and people that really help me and make the visit memorable because I get what I need are few. Vernell is one of them.

The store is not very crowded and there isn't huge lines or lots of people wondering around , parking is always available , people working there are nice and helpful Specially I really like Monica at the cashier which is very sweet and helpful always greet me with a smile and always take care of the items at the cart so I don't have to move them on the register I always go to her because of her superior customer service Overall this store is very convinient and easy to shop

This is the best Home Depot experience I've ever had. I had not trouble obtaining help from an associate. Michele M and Vernell provided the best customer service. I also appreciate that the store in on 2 floors which makes it less crowded and overwhelming. I will be coming to this Home Depot from now on.
