I shop at this particular location because of convenience. I find the help there very helpful and knowledgeable as to where products are. If they are not certain the do not hesitate to find someone who does know. I always leave very satisfied with my experience there.

This is a terrific store. It is very well stocked, and well laid out. Most importantly, the staff is approachable and very knowledgeable about the whole store - not just their department.

Love my Depot, Know where everything is and who to ask for what.

This is the closest HD so it is my go-to location as well as a competitor about the same distance from my home. I have found the competitor to have become more unfriendly and with fewer associates and this HD has gone in the opposite direction. It appears I have redirected my loyalty back to HD.

We needed to buy insulation for home and had the best experience at Home Depot. Our Sales Associate was very helpful and made this tedious task a pleasure!

We are renovating our kitchen. Paul Powell has been great! He helped us pick out our granite and other things we have needed. He checks in with us to make sure everything is going well and as planned and it means a lot.

The store was clean, the employees help and the prices were exceptional.

Great help from associates. A lot of variety of products

Mike led the 'How to install a faucet' workshop. It was fun and I learned about new tools! He showed me what I needed to fix my kitchen sink spray. I came home and fixed it!! John helped me with ideas on a heating issue I'm having...and i signed up for a free estimate from Home depot. Mike showed me a bulb for recessed lighting that is energy efficient, will last years AND was on sale! They did such a great job, I talked to the manager. These guys made my day! Thanks so much. Deb

John H. in plumbing helped me located the exact items I needed for a faucet repair. His help mde my project go smoothly. Without his assistance I would have spent much more time trying to identify the correct parts. Thank you John H in plumbing at the Newbury Street, Danvers store.

I always get good help from patty-joe at the register- brian at contractors sales - scott and goerge in the store and chris loading items outside--im most comfortable at this store.

The greatest thing about this store are the workers. They are knowledgable, service oriented, and the store is well stocked and clean. But most of all, the people who work there are the greatest.

Homedepot is the only place I enjoy shopping. They have so many fun products.

I found what I was looking for in the aisle and bay referenced in my on-line inquiry. So easy! The cashier was especially friendly even though suffering from an apparent cold.

I am used to shopping at this Home Depot. I find everyone helpful and courteous. I like getting there early when all the specialist are stocking shelves if I have questions.

I am glad they have "Second" Handicap cart. Took them more than a year--requested/questioned about this problem. BUT!! Wish Cart was more accessible to customers. Carts are kept in front of registers by exit door--Not available to handicap customer when we come in (Entrance). Have handicap that limits my walking. I do believe that is what these carts are for. Put them more accessible and/or associate to assists us (to get cart). Other, upon entering there is usually an "associate" by entrance but when one goes to aisles cannot find one.

Every time I visit Home Depot I can always find what I'm looking for. Whenever I need help there is always an associate available. Their knowledge of the products is far superior over Lowe's. As a Danvers regular I always recognize the staff which tells me it's a great place to both shop and work!!!

Purchased all of my appliances at the Danvers store and worked with Giselle the manager and she was awesome.

Every time I visit the Home Depot I find that everyone is very helpful.
