Fantastic. Always a huge fan of the home depot. Great place.

Paul Powell, sales associate, assisted me to purchase a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and microwave. He was very knowledgeable about the products available and offered a variety of options. Original I wanted all three products from the same manufacturer which Paul was able to coordinate. He did not pressure me to buy any items when I first visited the store - he gave me a print out of the items I selected and the order#. I later returned to Middleton to purchase the items he recommended (40 minute drive from my home) instead of a more local Home Depot. I intend on returning to meet with Paul to help me to select a washer/dryer in the Fall. I am glad he has stayed in MA beyond his 5 year anticipation and hasn't yet returned to the South.

Didn't know anything about the product. Associate was helpful knowledgeable and happy..

I had placed an order online for replacement parts for our Weber grill. By the time we got to the store we had realized that it was time for a new grill. Mary Lou returned our items, and directed us to the grills. Happy Fourth of July to all of us!

The store is always clean and uncluttered. The associates take pride at this home depot and it shows with the excellent customer care they provide.

The Home Depot Danvers is a place I can count on to be consistently stocked with what I need to get the things I need to do done. I'm familiar with its layout and have come to know many who work there so I always can get in and out as fast as I need to and get to work.

STORE WAS VERY CLEAN-FRIENDLY-AND HELPFULL-IT IS LAID OUT DIFFERENT THAN MY EVERETT STORE, SEEMS TO BE LARGER.

Sales associates are very helpful and always available. Their knowledge in the products is a 5 star and I never felt like I was not able to find assistance. Everything was great. Definitely will return.

I was greeted on arrival. The isles were clear, except for other customers. Isles were helpfully labeled. There was a good supply and variety of electrical items, so that I could pick and compare what I wanted.I had a question on LED light bulbs and as I was trying to find information on bulb packaging, an associate stopped by me and answered my questions. I found the exact item I also wanted in the lawn section. I used self checkout and the clerk overseeing the operation asked if I needed any assistance. He also thanked me for visiting Home Depot.

web site said that they had what I was looking for in store I found out that the store didn't stock the item I was looking for when I got to the store and had to buy another item of lesser standards.

All of your associates are always ready and happy to help us, answering our questions and assisting us in finding any product we are looking for. It is always a pleasure to shop in this store and all og the products we need have been available. Love this home depot!

I always dread loading mulch and soil into my trunk, and on this visit, two associates came up to me in the parking lot and offered to load my trunk. What a relief!

i always enjoy home depot. being a single parent i do a lot of fix ups in my home, home depot is conviently a mile from my home

Pleasant helpful people when I need them. Store is quite clean, including the bathrooms.

The service I received was 1st class. I was not at all pleased with my 1st attempt at ordering on line from HD, and the order got messed up, which caused several additional days of delay on products I needed for my business. Mary Lou was so uptone, understanding and helpful, I found I could not stay agitated at the mistakes made by the shipping dept.

I often buy items online and pick them up later as a convenience. The last time I "tried" to pick up my purchase I stood and waited at the counter for over 20 minutes while two older associates (that's the only way I know how to describe them) were talking on the phone. The minute one hung up the phone she disappeared without acknowledging me. Infuriated I left the store without my purchase. I drove back two days later hoping that I would get the young girl at the Online Pickup counter that always smiles, knows what she's doing, and is always helpful. Instead I got the manager, YAY! I picked up my items, told her what happened two days ago and that I would not be back in that store again.

The store is well lighted and the associates are always helpful. The arrangement of the merchandise is very convenient.

I like the employee attitudes. Some place people seem to hate their job. Not here.

We went in to purchase a grill expecting to wait a few days for assembly. The associate told us that they had one in stock already assembled! So we were able to leave with our grill that day! We were thrilled!

I have shopped at this store for a long time. This is the first review I have taken part in and it will be the last because it is too long. That being said, I always go to Linda for help because she knows this store backwards and forwards. When I need something I cannot find she finds it for me. She made keys for me and they worked great. Great experience!

There were associates on hand but they were engaged in conversation/discussion among themselves. The service provided was excellent, on target and with a smile and offer for further assistance.

Had no problem finding what I needed and didn't have to wait too long for the cashier.

I was able to find everything I was looking for. All staff were smiling and friendly always asking if I needed help at every turn. Good positive experience.

We went to Lowe's looking for garden plants first, then we saw their prices. We went to Home depot right after and found the same plants we were looking for at half the price.

Got wonderful service, from entering the store and being greeted immediately by associate Eric. He got me a cart and went to the bath section, had others help load item onto cart, then assisted me at checkout. Loaded my car too! It was the easiest purchase I've ever made at a box store.

Aisle I was interested was so cluttered with boxes due to stocking new supplies I had to go all the way down another aisle to come back up my aisle of interest to get what I wanted. Cleanliness could be a bit better. Other than that, had everything I was looking for.

The store was okay was clean had to really walk around to find product I wanted. Needed help looked, only help I got was from out side vendor who tried to help me as best she could. Cashier was very pleasant.
