The staffs are pretty nice and helpful.

I cannot get in to the home Depot app because of technical difficulties.

Doreen helped greatly in expediting my purchase of a lawn mower that was not in stock at the store. she stayed with it until it was done. And she committed to following through with making sure an available price discount was applied.

Both the employees, one at the customer servcie desk and also the employee at the paint department were exceptional to help assist me and obtaining two different products I needed. Very helpful and I appreciated both the employees.

You need to have a real person answer your phones instead of an answering machine that cannot handle any connections to people who could answer your questions.

I am very satisfied with the availability of anything I am looking for Home Depot online is great for sending plants etc to my niece but I go to Darien to buy all my products I need

I go to your Darien store several times a week. And I have to give a shout out to Kesha- she works the front end and is usually by the self checkout. She is an awesome brand ambassador. She is always smiling and engaging. She starts my day with a smile and a friendly “have a great day “ The world needs more people like her.

Usually has what I’m looking for

Not the young stockers, but the kitchen design professional, flooring professional, and paint department are great to work with and they really know their stuff!

Store is great since it started, employees are flipped not but all are helpful and assist in everyday in every way.

Floor personnel were hard to find but checkout was very good.

I ran to Home Depot to grab gardening supplies but wound up purchasing a replacement window and a sliding door because the sales person we worked with was incredible! If you are in the market for doors/windows, I highly recommend Brian W in Darien. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We purchased flooring for our condo and we had a tremendous support from Dave in the flooring department. He helped us from choosing our product through the quote review. This store's employees go out of their way to help their customers.

I came in knowing nothing about ordering a front door for my house. Sherri in millworks was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She helped me design the perfect door and hardware for my home.

The App stated that there was a tool specifically in stock and available for purchase. I had to make special arrangements to get to the store to purchase it. I get there only to find that it is in stock but not available for purchase. The store response, " You have to come back tomorrow." Not acceptable. No coupon, No compensation for my trouble. Nothing. I will just go around the corner to another store.

Clean. Employees are helpful. Prices are good.
