Tariq... the person at the check out was very friendly.....I have been shoping at this store for over 6 years now and he is by far the best and most knowledgeable.

good clean store

If you can't find it here you probably wont find it anywhere else because the selection of products is huge. Your paint is always rated as one of the best. Your displays are great and restrooms are clean. I use them frequently. The help is knowledgeable about their area and usually about where things are in the entire store which is a time saver. Returns are handled well also although I have not had to do that very often. Keep up the good work.

What a great store. Neat, a lot of selections. The best part is the employees! Everyone of them were friendly and all asked if I needed help. I didn't have to search for someone when I needed help! I will be coming back to this store even though I have several improvement stores closer to me.

The Staff at the Home Depot #1905 Darien is very professional and friendly. All employees both inside and out show that they are happy to be at work, and are happy to be of service.

Great services and honest employees. I left my change in the self serve checkout. Two employees had seen it and placed it in a safe place until I returned to retrieve the $20 hours later. Great job Josie and David from the Darien store!

We found friendly, professional employees in all the departments that we visited.

The layout of the store is better than most home improvement stores. Items are easy to find and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I must go to home depot at least 30 to 35 times a year. Always get whats needed and if not store staff can direct me to specialty store that might help.

Once again I could not find what i wanted during my visit today April 27, 2017. I did find several employees at the service desk chatting. They twice sent me on a fruitless mission before offering to contact the section person. I have in the past asked to speak to a store manager but never get past the assistant. So i give up. I guess this store doesn't have a manager., which could explain the problem with location of product knowledge and motivation.

Have been going there since it opened and probably will continue to do so!

Store manager Manny Gonzalez was extremely helpful in rectifying an unfortunate situation that occurred in his store. He immediately contacted us and asked us to come to the store so that he could make things right. He is very professional, courteous and kind. Have never been treated so well from any manager, anywhere. Highly commend his attitude and willingness to please a customer.

We had a bad experience with ASM Mike at #1905. He was very rude and condescending. He definitely needs to work on his customer service techniques. It's possible he is a newly trained ASM but that does not excuse the way in which he treated us. A professional would have tried to understand the customer's point of view rather than have a negative demeanor when speaking with us. He told us we could purchase a non working clearance item for 50% off but then purchase a battery and charger at full price to make it an operating lawn mower which would then have cost the same as purchasing a brand new unit. This made no sense at all. Why purchase last years model without a battery or charger and have to buy the extra items? The associate told us the battery and charger would be in the box but since they could not find the box for the floor sample - we were told to buy a new battery and charger. All this, with no indication on the sale tag that this was being sold "as is" with missing parts. Terrible terrible customer service.

Store is always clean, they go out of there way to help you and you have every thing in stock at 80% of the time I go.

Best experience by far i needed help with my new circular saw so teller called some one for help she came out and explained everything about it On top of all she let me open the Box before i bought it and made sure i liked it before i left thank you so much and defiantly ill be back for more Tools

Associates very helpful. I know how it is to work in retail. So I appreciate their down to earth approachable attitudes. Always say hi and ask if I need assistance. I appreciate it. Parking at this store is always a little hectic. But the store itself is always well stocked, clean and worth going back to for what I need.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. Store was neat and employees were helpful ans interested in giving assistance.

I was extremely satisfied with the services that I received at Store 1905. The cashier Ms. Latreace was very helpful in explaining the item that I purchased. She has wonderful customer service skill set. That is why I will be shopping again at this store.

The store was very clean and we were able to locate all the applicable items. The sales associate was such a joy to be around. She was knowledgeable about the washer and dryers and gave us great tips, information and was very patient with us. Best associate thus far! Excellent customer service!!
