store is close to me, know a lot of the people that work there and they are always very helpfull

worse store ever,the head cashier was so rude,and the manager even worse i was trying to price match accordingly to the price match policy but i guess they make they own rules.

This is my Neighborhood store always friendly associate & willing to help.

CHRIS WITH THE STRAW HAT, IN LAWN AND GARDNER ASSISTED ME WITH 2 TRIPS OF PAVERS LOADING THEM ONTO MY CART AND THEN INTO MY CAR. I WENT HOME AND DROPPED THEM OFF AND RETURNED FOR MORE......THANK YOU SO MUCH.....I HAVE A BAD BACK AND ISSUES WITH MY KNEE, SO YOU WERE SUCH AN INSPIRATION FOR ME.....YOU DESERVED THE TIP........EARNED IT TOTALLY....:)

Everyone was friendly even the grumpy old man at the painting section helped us choose the paint we wanted. We played by the Halloween section which was awesome with my son while my husband wait for the paint. Way better than the stores in North Miami

I like to do shopping at this Home Depot because the people in the store are very helpful. They always ask you if you need help and very patient to solve your problems. I will highly recommend you to shop at this store in the future.

I live just about 1 mile from the Hone Depot on Hiatus and Pines, in Pembroke Pines Fl. I drive about 30 minutes to get to store numver 6341, on Sterling and University. Why? Because the difference is palatable.

I drive out of my way to go to his Home Depot. I live within a few blocks of another Home Depot, but the atmosphere in the store near me is just plain hostile. This store is completely different. One of my neighbors told me to go to this store, and I have been going for several months. No bad issues at all ! Everyone is so helpful, and cheerful.. very nice !

Store was clean, I arrived late for items and many employees were unloading boxes of inventory. Still received the usual offers to stop what they were doing to assist in finding items. DIY'ers paradise

WHILE SHOPPING FOR BACKSPLASH I WAS ASSISTED BY A SALESPERSON THAT GAVE ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK. HE ALSO SHOWED ME SEVERAL OPTIONS TO COMPLETE THE LOOK THAT I AM GOING FOR.

Product were at the wrong place, and made employee and customer waste time.

I just bought my first house and I have to do a bunch of repairs, I went to HD in Hollywood and was amazing the best customer service ever. I would like to thank everyone at Home Depot store 6341 David, FL,. They are all great and very helpful, Especially to MOD Santiago, he was awesome, I haven't come across a person like that in a long time, he went above and beyond for me, he delivered my merchandise himself, I never had such a pleasant experience with a manager, Santiago is the best, very caring and respectful. I'll recommend this store to everyone I know. I also want to thank Andy so helpful and friendly him and Santiago made my day, very professional and helpful. I want to Thank Yovanna, Janine, for all your help and attention to Joe, Gus, James, Jermaine, Fernando, Mr Norry, Linda, Jennifer, they all are excellent, friendly and with good attitude ,the best customer service experience I ever had at Home Depot, they made me feel at home. Thank you for everything!!!

Staff is much more friendly then the Miramar store. This is a larger Home Depot and the staff is great.

I don't have enough words to express how please and touch I was yesterday when I went shopping for a large project I need to do in my house, I had the pleasure to encounter a couple of employees Tamika Evans and Jason Strakamere, they were so helpful, pleasant, caring, and specially Tameka Evans, is people like her that makes your shopping experience so awesome, she is so dedicated to her job and so pleasant that not only she makes your day brighter and happier but makes your shopping experience one of a kind

THERE WAS NO CONTACT WITH ANY EMPLOYEE. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED. I KNEW WHERE IT WAS. I USED THE SELF-CHECKOUT AND THE SURVEY DID NOT LIKE THAT I DIDN'T ENGAGE AN EMPLOYEE. THAT'S NUTS. AND, YES, I KNOW I'M YELLING.

Products were readily available as were the Associates.

I had several weekend projects to complete, found everything I needed. Needed some help to find two items and did not have to search the store for help. Items were well organized and customer service was excellent.

This is the best store in Broward County. People are very kind and polite, and very friendly. I shop here all the time. always treated good. My Store is located in Weston Florida, the best store around.

Store was clean and the staff was great. I am not pleased with the new reset of air filters. It is not shopper friendly and I had to settle for a lesser filter than I had planned to buy. There were numerous out of stock items throughout the store.

The store is usually neat even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Cashiers kept the lines moving quickly and were friendly, asking if we found all that we were shopping for that day.

This store is next to my office so, as an avid DIYer and gardner, I visit this store nearly every single day. Of course, they never have everything I need so I often have to stop at another HD on my way home but, overall, this store is better than most.

THE STORE WAS FULLY STOCKED, CLEAN, AND ALL EMPLOYESS WERE NICE. I WAS ABLE TO QUICKLY FIND WHAT I NEEDED FROM THE OUTDOOR GARDEN SECTION. THE CASHIER LINE MOVED QUICKLY, AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL. I HAD USED A CARRYALL PUSH CART, AND AFTER I PUT MY PURCHASED PRODUCTS IN MY TRUNK, I BEGAN TO RETURN THE CART FROM WHERE I ORIGINALLY GOT IT . HALFWAY THERE, AN EMPLOYEE SAID, "LET ME TAKE THAT FROM YOU. THANKS FOR RETURNING IT. MOST PEOPLE DON'T, AND LEAVE THESE ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT.".
