Visit today was exceptional

impact windows satisfaction; not getting cold inside the apartment

If you want to feel like you are bothering employees by asking for help- this is your place! This was the worst customer service I have received in years. It ruined my entire day and my opinion of home Depot for good.

I TRY TO EVIT THAT STORE THE WORKERS ARE NOT THAT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW THE CONSUMER RULES IN THE USA AND HOME DEPOT YOU MAY NOT FIND SOMEONE KNOWLEDGABLE

Very friendly and patient staff. They greeted me with care and happy. I loved my experience at this Home Depot.

I love this location in particular because it is always neat and organized and the associates are always very friendly. Thanks to Bill Estrada for helping me find the right product!

The level of customer service by one of the members was great. Kevin in lumber helped me pick out exactly what I needed for my project, made great recommendations, taught me a few things, and cut wood exactly to size.

I stip to buy sine stuff and I found Lucette, she is tge best employee at Home Depot, very educated and polite, she help me a lot and suggested some products and services. If you go tho this location Ask for her

When I checked out Denise was my check out lady. She actually took each item out of my cart and checked them out. Was very nice and pleasant and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. She went beyond what was expected.

The cashier at customer service was very helpful with the Broward Conservation Pays toilet rebate. I like this smaller Home Depot.

Brendan and Rene were excellent and assisted us and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend the store. They exceeded my expectations above and beyond every shopping visit.

Nobody around to ask anything. Cashier was very rude. Didn't say hi, bye or thank you. Just handed my receipt to me like I was bothering her.

there is no professionalism or desire to work, and terrible customer service

Store was cleaner and more organized than most , but the checkout experience was very slow. They only had two self checkout registers open and no normal registers. On these two registers employees were doing the checkout anyway. This went very slow. They either need more cashiers or self checkout to actually be open.

This particular Home Depot is neater, cleaner, and more organized than other ones in the Broward area. More employees to help you as well. Friendly employees!

My wife and I went to 2 other stores prior to coming to this Home Depot & received excellent customer service & detail oriented information when purchasing our new grill. This was the only store which had all of the grills properly assembled with all parts included - and ready for delivery. Sales person Inder was excellent and patient in the process & provided high quality customer service throughout the shopping experience. We look forward to receiving our delivered new grill tomorrow morning! Thank you all …

Extensive inventory available

The store representatives Brian and Robert Ramirez went out of their way to help me my service purchase Salt bags 40lbs each x6 Robert load them into my cart and then waiting patiently to load them on to my suv. I was very appreciative. Excellent store service representative.

I had an Experience yesterday in which my Wallet and Credit card was compromised after a "Sizable" purchase at this Home Depot. I tried to rectify problem with Alleged Supervisor only to be Alienated by his response. My intent was to Contact Corporate to determine Area Supervisor and Store Manager to file a Complaint against this Supervisor. Ironically, upon leaving the Store I ran into Store Manager and identified the Problem. This Store Manager, Karen went Above and Beyond to Correct Problem and Present available resolution. She Apologized for demeanor of Supervisor and Promptly Corrected Problem. This is what I call "Exemplary" Customer Service.

Delonda was an absolute joy to talk to and made my shopping experience so easy. She helped me understand everything I need for my project and I will be returning to this location just because of her. 10/10 A+ employee.

Zero customer service, associates walk around like zombies, messy, only self check out
