Overall experience was fine but the appliance salesman was just plain rude and not interested in our needs for a refrigerator. If we really did not need the refrigerator, I would have walked and purchased elsewhere.

I wish HD wouldn’t put flowers out that really shouldnt be planted at this time because of the heat but I appreciate everyone in the garden section that is knowledgeable about gardening taking the time to educate me on planting and seasons

We can always find what we need for our projects in this store and most all Home Depot. We have 3 stores near us now that we have move to North Ga. We love it!

This store isn’t the closest to our home but, it’s worth the extra drive. Especially the paint department. If you have questions, ask for Nate K. He’s knowledgeable & will help you.

I buy all my house improvement materials from Home Depot.

Needed an item super fast. They didn’t have it in stock but worked out a great deal for us on something similar.

In the last month we have spent 2000 at our Dawsonville Home Depot, everyone of the employees I had contact with were very nice and helpful!!!!

Went to buy several items today. The associate in the tool section helped me to locate the Item Rhiobi tool I needed. When I asked the location of another product he walked me to that section. Finally I asked his advice on knee pads and was able to give me valuable information to help make my decision. This associate went above and beyond to assist me

I have an SUV but cannot carry very long boards. I was building a deck and needed 15 foot boards. The person in the lumber department was so helpful to cut each board to the right length for me so I could get them in my vehicle. Never complained about the effort to do it for me.

I was there for a small project and was treated like it really mattered to the service staff.

For the first time in my life (at age 72), I purchased a Ryobi mower. A special thank you to both Sarah and Holly for their assistance. And yes, the mower works just fine!

This home depot stands out because of the employees that work there. They are cheerful and communicative. It's nice to be greeted by a friendly face.

The items purchased were advertised at 4 for $10.00 but I was charged $3.33 for each item. Called the store to correct and they said I had to come back in.

I am never disappointed with this Home Depot. They always have inventory and know a lot about a lot!!

Go to Harbo Freight or any other store besides this location. This place is hardly even operating. The employees just show up to collect their checks noone actually works or does anything.

Mike was incredibly helpful with assisting in our plumbing object. He went through each step and ensured we knew how to accomplish the task and that we had all the necessary tools. Thank you, Mike!!

I bought a microwave, then sales rep up sold me on a fridge-which I needed and was a great deal! Great in store experience with the sales team. Delivery was terrible, I paid for installation and they said they couldn’t because my wall in the kitchen has tile. They installed the fridge but didn’t level it even though we said it’s not level, they said we could do it. I should have bought the microwave and brought it home, saved the delivery fee and paid someone to install-I have to do that now. I am so disappointed that a home improvement store that offers installation is so terrible at installation. I’ll keep this all in mind for my next purchase.
