I asked 3 employees where I could find a product and I looked in the isle they said it was in, but, I couldn't find it! The 3rd time was the Charm, because I showed another employee a picture of product I was looking for, he looked it up on his work phone walked me Over to the area and Boom, found my Homeywell Air Purifier filter refill! So Awesome! I was shopping with my 15 yr. old Autistic son and he gets kinda irritated when our shopping trips are too long! Thankfully, he was only slightly upset today! He gently grabbed my hand as if to say, it's time to Go Mom! By that time the product was found and all was well!! I realize that the store app could've helped me find it, but I couldn't use it with my son, with me, he doesn't like to stand in one place for too long!

Everytime I come to this store I never get any help. I have to walk around to find someone, when I do they call for assistance and no one comes. I feel this falls into corporates hands. Pay your employees better, treat them better so you maintain a happy staff that will want to make customers happy. Every single customer should walk out of that store with the same experience!

Very rude employees and disrespectful

Has been awhile since shopping at this location. I was nervous about checking out as I had several items on my cart. I requested assistance, acouple employees very helpful, thank you. I did have an unexpected uncomfortable situation where as a man, probably up to no good came up to me, as I was alone in the outdoor furniture area, asking me for assistance elsewhere. Of course I came up with a lie. More staff would certainly have made me feel better

The cashiers are gone, and it's now a bank of automated checkouts. I like having actual people to help ring me out. I will be giving most of my future business to stores with human cashiers.

Unfortunately every experience I have had at this store has been disappointing when it comes to getting any help from the employees. They like to run away as soon as you make eye contact and are very reluctant to provide any assistance. When I go to other stores in the area I am met with much more helpful employees.

Started out a great store with a great crew. The cashiers were a lot of fun. Treated you like family, knew your name and helped with orders and details. It was easy ordering bulk lumber packages and such. Still is with technology. Most of the crew is changed and the new folks are just as friendly and dedicated. Just one guy in the doors and windows department that's been there for years who stands out. Dark black hair, mustache and glasses. Won't help you at all. Likes to hide when you walk near him, he will even lie about putting orders in for custom doors. Other than that its one of the best Home Depots I know of. Hats off to the Managers and Crew here. Own my own Construction Company, Licensed Builder, Licensed Inspector, Licensed Building Official with the State of Michigan. So I can call it like I see it.

Checked website before shopping and found exactly what I needed.

Everything is great except their is always someone outside the store asking for a handout. I have been approached many times either asking for money or someone trying to sell me some stolen stuff. The police department is right next to the store. Give them a trespass notice.

It's always a wonderful thing when associates recognize someone in need. Thank you for asking if I needed help and walking me directly to the items I needed!

This Home Depot will be my go to for electrical materials, had everything I needed, and wonderful customer service!!!

I just purchase a new NINESTARS Tec trash can, no need to touch just wave hand over lid it opens and closes.

I always find good help when I'm looking for certain things there. Everything's set up in a way that makes a little sense compared to some of these Home depots

I drive longer to go to this branch, because of the friendly attitude the employees have. I really recommend this place whenever you have a project to do. They will make sure you get the right products and tools needed.

I got to swing for my sister for her birthday and she loves it

Store needs a knowledgeable employees, where merchandise is located. I stopped three employees and asked question of location and they did not know and one just shrugged their shoulders. I found another employee, an older guy, and he went out of his way to assist. Home Depot needs to inform their younger generation the job that they hired to you to learn customer service. My visit was to your location was terrible. Do better please.

This location is always my store and satisfied.

I came all the way from farmington hills to buy turf which is cut to length. I found 6ft wide turf exclusively at Dearborn heights which I was not able to find at any other home depot stores near by.

I shop at the Dearborn Heights store more often than another that is closer because the customer service details from employees is much better

After checking online, I found the item at the Dearborn Heights store. I visited the store but couldn't find it. They sent me to the customer service, where there was a line with only two people, yet I waited 30 minutes. There was only one person handling both refunds and customer service. This person placed an order for me, and I paid for delivery. However, the delivery was never sent. When I called, they claimed that I had canceled the order. While I was talking to the representative, she put me on hold indefinitely, as if no one was talking to her.

99% of this location is AWESOME, from most of the staff to location of tools and merch. Just be careful your not in a huge hurry when dealing with certain "employee". Just watch out for for a certain cashier with her cell phone out and her elbows on the counter top, and your good.
