Each time I go to this place it's a problem with my order being delayed all the time. I am sick of it

Visited this Deer Park location and the staff was very rude and unprofessional.

Came in for bird seed was helped quickly and treated very well !!

I am a senior citizen went into Home Depot to pay my charge card bill went to customer service one person taking care of a customer. Another person stepped over to help her and then I was told go to a cash register and pay your bill since you are buying other merchandise I went to the automatic checkout and was told by the young lady you have to go down to the last checkout counter in lumber where there is a live person that is the only way to pay the bill and make a purchase if it wasn’t for Marie in lumber at the checkout counter, I would’ve never purchased anything and I would’ve walked out of the store Marie was very kind and understanding. I have severe neuropathy and hard for me to walk and they go from one end of the store to the other was very painful. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to the Home Depot again.

It is the only afordable tool rental location around so it is nice to know that it is available.

Super thank you to John in the power tools department! I was buying my first power tool (an impact driver) and he took the time to not only answer all of my questions but to go above and beyond and find my product on a separate pallet in the back of the store!! He also helped my find the right accessories that were on sale thanks to Christmas. I am beyond grateful for his patience and kindness.

I had bought 1 for my son online 10 days ago and loved it so much now wanted for me! If website had correct info I wouldn’t have made trip at 6am to be disappointed. Was annoyed girls at customer service cash registers didn’t even have the group of workers standing around chatting to go look in back if possible the “Limited Supply” was available. But I took her at her word “If it’s not out we don’t have anymore”

Store wasn't too organized

I came in to get replacement light bulbs and everyone include the floor associate to the checkout was really friendly and helpful. Heck I even learned a few things about light bulbs. Good times

It is frustrating to see that your website advertises something and it is not in the store and there is no one there to help you.

No assistance team members in building materials avoided interaction

Great place to shop friendly staff especially at checkout they really take the time out to make sure you are being help and assist to by requesting someone to help with getting stuff in the car.

No one helps they pretend you don’t exist

Jennifer was the cashier I encountered, when I had some items in my hand and I forget to check out one of the item , I went to get item cash out after I was checking my receipt and realize I had an extra item , Jennifer was so great, she did not judge she said thank you for taking it back most people who take it. She had a great attitude of service , and very pleasant, Jennifer is an exceptional worker. She works at the Home Depot and deer park , ny

The product has unclear packaging regarding the number of batteries needed, the Electrical department staff person does not know the product, and Yvette in Customer Service - when I asked about the next customer for this product - said she has no concern because she does not check out regular customers. She could no get in touch with Manager Amador and did not offer another manager to rectify the confusion. Electrical staff also did not know the product. I felt they did NOT CARE about this issue. Left with that disconcerting feeling.

I always get what I want here. Much more helpful store than the others. Everyone here pitches in.

I am so happy to shop at Deer Park Home Depot. The worker are so nice and helpful especially Issa and Youniqe ( I am not sure if I spelled her name correctly, I apologize).

My overall experience was a very positive one. The cashier I went to, Catherine, was just the nicest lady. She interacted with me and the others on the line. in a world like we are living in today, that goes a long way.

Told wrong item to buy. Employees standing around talking not helping customers.

I shop very frequently at my local Deer Park HD store. I recently repaired 10 sets of gutters using their k style end caps and sealer mate after cleaning out moss. The sealer mate caulk I’ve never applied before wasn’t located near paint. Using the Home Depot app i was able to locate end caps and seal mate in the same bay. Best exterior water proofing caulk applied while wet. Very satisfied with results with 20 replacement gutter end caps.

I love this Home Depot everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted a beautiful purple Halloween tree and only the display was left. The employee asked and was granted permission to sell it to me. So happy. Couldn’t get it on line. Love it

I have been to a bunch of Home Depot's and no one wants to do anything. And honestly when I walked into the deer park store everyone kept pushing me off to the next person till I ended up by the pro desk and the young lady steffanie really took her time to help me. She looked up the product and took me over there to make sure I found what I was looking for. I wasn't happy when I came into the store because a lot of associates don't wanna help but steff took her time out to really help me.

I needed window treatments for my home and Jamilah Hinds provided excellent assistance as I was totally confused after visiting several other local stores. I didn't know that Home depot had a service to measure & install window treatments at such an affordable price! thank you Ms. Hinds!

The young man, "Sean" working in the Tool Rental area is the MOST polite young man I have met in years. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was training a new employee at the time and he is an excellent trainer. I was in the Aircraft Industry and a leader for our "Train the Trainer" and this young man is a natural. Please do your best to retain this young man, because I Am Sure He Will Prove To Be An Asset.

If you need help in the blinds department . Don’t go to the guy with the terrorist face , and name . He doesn’t know what he’s doing . So don’t waste your time .
