If you’re looking for some lumber at the store, you definitely have to look for Alejandro! He is extremely pleasant, willing and knowledgeable. He will do whatever he can to make your experience successful. Unfortunately, this is not a common occurrence at Home Depot. It was a very good experience.

I have shopped at this store in Deerfield for 36 years and love it

The Deerfield beach location always seems to be well stocked, every time I was there, I seems to get what i need

The plant selections are great and the employees in the gardening section are knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

One of the smaller stores and that’s the excuse they use for things being out of stock or the reason for not carrying it. They use to carry GE water filters for their refrigerators - no more.

The employees at the Deerfield Beach FL store were very helpful with helping me find the item I was looking for.

I do a considerable amount of purchasing in this store from practically every department. Always have assistance when needed and most items are always in stock. In my business time is money and I am able to breeze through the store quickly to pick up what we need. My favorite go to hardware and gardening shop in the area.

My husband and I were very impressed and happy to have met an employee named Johanna Who helped us with a smile and professional knowledge of where items were we were asking her about. We are glad to Meet such a wonderful employee!

I love the store. The only complaint I have is that the Deerfield Beach store Deerfield Beach Florida is a small store and a small parking lot so it’s usually hard to find a spot and they have the Home Depot rental trucks for five of them taken up the best spots in the whole lot right in front of the store they should move them down a line or two somewhere other than where they are parked Thanks John Martin

The service desk team is amazing! Sharina, Simone, and Shemille, all wonderful ladies, really made shopping trip quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this store! 10/10 service

if appliance is available in store they only deliver to door, dont set up n dont take away old appliance. I wont buy from home depot again

A quick shout-out to THD design pro Katie Levings who was so patient in helping us select the right window blinds, color, material, etc. Her guidance & expertise was very much appreciated and we’ll be recommending her to our friends!

Had an employee help me get a laser alighnment tool. Based on reccomendation and posted price chose product that would accomplish my tasks. At register price did not match label or what previous employee stated price was. Store was un willing to correct the price.

Most of the staff seems like they hate their job and the clients. I believe that one employee is the exception Bryan Mc Neil (not sure of the last name) Works near the back. He knows everything about the merchandise and where it is. He's so courteous and patient and seems to love his work. I had to see him on four shopping trips to get the right advice after other staff couldn't or wouldn't help. He should be the manager and show employees how to work.

Tried to return damage product ended up, leaving the tool with the store

Excellent customer service

The Deerfield location used to sell lawn edging but suddenly just this store doesn’t sell it anymore! What is the logic in that - this is a very staple kind of product that almost all homeowners need at some point. All the other stores carry it and just deerfield does not. I shouldn’t have to drive to a completely different store just to get lawn edging! Fix this!

I had a wonderful experience with finding products and picking up online orders. Miss Tanya and Miss Simone were instrumental in accomplishing both and I thank them for their professionalism !!!

I used to love going to Home Depot to create little home improvement projects, but now I dread it. The lack of readily available assistance and the overall decline in customer service have made my visits frustrating and unenjoyable.

Who would put 60# bags of sand on the top shelf

This is a small store. The employees are cordial & helpful, but due to smaller space, selection is limited and sometimes out of stock. Other local hardware stores are competitive alternatives.

I am though very satisfied with your quality. I purchased beautiful quality roses for my patio, recently. and am delighted.
