A lot of the sales staff are college kids, and I'm an old grouch, but I always feel good about my experiences here. Staff is very helpful. The aisles were way easier to navigate than the competitor down the street

the gardening dept. Was so great. The employees were so very helpful . We had a lot of questions about planting some bushes and the gentlemen that helped us answered all our concerns. Home depot is our go to and kudos to all your employees

Always a friendly store to go to when needing certain materials. Some one would be there to ask if i needed any help with what i was looking for and they would be knowledgeable with what im looking for or with whatever i needed.

Thanks to the young man that mixed our paint. He was unable to get us a 5 gal container of that particular paint, but gave us 5 single gals at the same price! Thanks to Angela C who checked us out. It was a long process (due to the change in paint...) but she was very patient. Thanks

I probably shop in this store 3-4 times a week. I am noticing a trend in that the ladies (customer service reps) are more friendly and better at offering assistance. Overall, the service is not bad but the service offered by the female personnel is is better than their male counterparts.

Great customer service with friendly employees and was approved for a $5,000 dollar credit card right at the check out register. Had to drive a little further but they had what I needed. They also gave me over 100 dollars off my purchase for opening a new account so I highly recommend them.

A great place to shop

This store has lost its ability to take care of customers needs. Internet sales are getting in the way of a clean, well stocked store. Items are frequently available but sitting on carts for an Internet or Will-call (for days at a time). Bulk item carts are corralled with a few items on them for pickup, yet none are available in the store to use by customers.

The store in Denton is the worst managed HD in the area. And I have shopped at stores from Plano, Allen, Mckinney, Lewisville, Frisco, Gainesville, etc.

I had an issue with an online order that was messed up. Asia helped me and went above & beyond. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Asia is a star !

It was hard to get some help. Had to wait for some time. However, I'm guessing they're thin on staff considering the "hiring"sign. Overall, I can't complain. It was a pleasant experience.

Recieved help quickly from a store employee. Checkout and loadout was also quick and efficient even though they were very busy. Our cashier elizabeth was friendly and checkout was a breeze

Had an online order (Urestone faux stone panels) and some caulking was left over. It was pretty expensive and wasn't going to need it so I returned it. Problem was whoever filled the online order for the caulking sent a brand Home Depot doesn't represent. Larry in returns got it figured out and got me refunded regardless. It was a lengthy procedure, but he explained it to me such that I understood it and was very helpful in making sure the customer (me) was satisfied in the end. Definitely will be back.

SHOPPED ONLINE FOR SOME REDHEAD DROP IN ANCHORS AND A SETTING TOOL. HOME DEPOT HAD THEM AND IT GAVE ME THE LOCATION IN THE STORE. WALKED RIGHT TO THE ITEMS I NEEDED AND WENT TO CHECK OUT. THE YOUNG LADY, LUZ, AT THE CASHIERS COUNTER GREETED ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. I TOLD HER NO, BUT DID ASK FOR THE VETERAN DISCOUNT. SHE CHECKED MY ID AND GAVE THE DISCOUNT. EASY EVERY TIME.

Excellent service in the Flooring and paint departments. Very patient young man by the name of Will assisted me with making my choices.

Couldn’t buy a garden shovel because the female cashier in the garden section couldn’t be bothered to find someone that could get the price for her. Unbelievable that we were turned away from buying a garden shovel...at...Home Depot. How does that happen?!
