The store seems to be clean and well organized, but it is always an issue to try to find an associate to help.

The staff was really polite and courteous. They made my trip easy and quick.

The store was clean and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I did need assistance in the electrical department and both my wife and I had to go looking for an Associate. After the Associate was found, I was able to get what I needed and proceeded to check out. The check out lines were short and I was able to pay for my items and be on my way.

I was very happy with the information we received about tile for bathrooms and the correct way to apply them!

The associate in paint was very helpful and fast. The store was very clean and there were several lines open and I didn't have to wait long at all. I will be visiting this store again very soon.

Not being a frequent shopper of this type of store, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience I had. I went to the online site first to determine what type of door knobs they had. I love that you can order things online and pick them up at the store: although I didn't do that, but may next time. Every employee I asked a question of was knowledgable and pleasant, one even stopping his task to take me right to the shelf of items I was looking for.

Used the online availability to find products, it told me exactly where the items were and the bay box. Loved walking down the aisles and viewing the different products. I do not shop much anymore, so it was good for me.

As always, a very good shopping experience. Staff are helpful, friendly, and are always available to assist when needed. Store is clean, and organized.

Needed some help understanding what kind of hardware I needed to purchase, and also assistance understanding the nuances of different power saws. I can do this online, but I go to a store to receive human assistance. No less than 5 sales associates walked right past me without a hello or offering assistance. Other sales associates were conducting what appeared to be private conversations between three or less employees. At least two employees were openly flirting with one another on the product floor. I walked into and out of the store without acknowledgment from any staff at any station. Normally at Home Depot, I have to fend off sales associates with a stick two at a time because they are engaged in service. Not this place on that day. Shame.

Was able to find the product I was looking for quickly (get in and get out). Upon checking out the cashier was so super friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name as I strongly feel she is a value to your store.

Received great help from John with bulb I needed and great checkout with Susett at self-checkout. I don't like to use them so she did it for me with a smile!

I went to Lowe's which is located near. And priced as well as trying to find items. Home Depot was cheaper and Much easier to find things.

The store is nice, clean. The aisle can be too crowded w/ merchandise. The rest room was clean. i like that I can bring my dog w/ me to the store. I had trouble finding some items, but for the most part I find the associates are very nice and willing to help me. You do need more associates. Today I had to wait 15 minutes for an associate to help me in one of the departments.

Vey nice and clean store I would recommend this store to anyone who needed to build or replace something.

I was looking for an item that apparently is not carried by Home Depot. The associate, whose name I do not know, spent quite a bit of time trying to help me locate the item, and also offered advice as to what I might use instead. I do know that he was a long-time employee. (I think he said over 20 years.) As I was leaving, I found another item that I needed, and purchased that item.

I have always been pleased with this store and the associates.

I had a lamp that used an odd light bulb. After searching homedepot.com, I called Home Depot and spoke to Robert in the electrical department. Robert, said to ask for him when I arrived and he promised to help me. Still unsure whether the bulb would fit, I also brought the lamp. Robert was available immediately, and was kind to find the bulb and place it in the lamp. He then connected it to make sure it operated. When the lamp would not operate with the bulb, Robert examined the lamp and made appropriate suggestions about repairs. He also helped me find a suitable display lamp and offered me a discount. I truly appreciate Robert’s help. His customer service was excellent!

I always enjoy shopping here. Better than groceries

I frequent this store and prefer it to the Lowes across the street. I can usually go right where I need to go to find what I want. Pricing is usually better or the same as Lowes.

I love Home Depot. The associates are super -nice.
