As a newbie to DIY , I found most important part is to find a good place to buy materials. The staff at homedepot in Pinecrest Florida were eager and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and supported in everyway. Even better, they helped me find tools that made my project much easier! I am no longer intimidated to buy, measure, or cut sheet rock! I definitely recommend this store to anyone.

The guy in the garden department was really helpful. I didn’t get his name but it was he had mostly silver hair and wore glasses. I was looking for new house plants. He recommended which ones were best for indoors, which ones were the easiest to maintain, and also recommended I look into the herb plants like thyme, lemon grass, dill, that were on sale 3 for $10. I really appreciate his help. I’m really happy with my purchase.

My service animal and I are always treated very well at this store, this is my favorite store to shop.. store is always well organized and always has had everything I need when I’ve needed it. Helpful employees and always attentive

I needed help in 3 departments during my recent visit, and I received cheerful help in all three. First, I needed one dozen duplicate keys made, then I needed 4 house paint samples, and finally, I needed to purchase a washer/dryer set with pedestals, all of the necessary accessories, and arrange for home delivery and set-up. I was greeted by all of these wonderful associates, and was so happy to receive it, all the way through check-out. I'll certainly return to this Home Depot location for all my future needs.

Large clean store but employees should be more customer attentive to their needs

I did an electrical proyect in my backyard spend over $1000 we needed an electrical timer so my electrician went and bought the timer we used one the other one you guys didn’t want to return it it’s not even open the box! I don’t have the receipt because he bought it

One gentleman from another dept , worked on his cel to help me locate the exact size A/C filters I needed- when I was sure I was going to have to order and wait for delivery of them. Smiling and patient. So I grabbed 6 ( big) filters and with the big clippers I picked up,everything was starting to FALL DOWN! .That's when a young man stopped his sweeping and picked them up and happily escorted me all the way to the register!!In todays fractured world don’t you just love it?!!! ( Btw I’m an 80 yr old female!) I sure did!! Bring back the old “ do unto yr neighbors……..we need it badly. Next time I’m there I will get their names! They deserve recognition! Thank you kind gents. Made my day.❤️

I shop at this Store at least three to four times a week. The employees there are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know many of them simply because I shop there so often. I’m always greeted with a smile and a “ How can I help you “. The Store has an excellent supply of the materials and Products that I need in my everyday business. I love this Store!

Filthy, terrible attitudes, things are damaged, out of stock, or in the wrong place. Nobody wants to help load anything that's heavy. Nobody wants to help get down anything that''s to hard to reach or to restock the bin. The place is a disaster. Go someplace else in another state and see what Home Depot should look like and run like! I've watched this place go downhill for over 20 years since they took it from Builders square. I would give this place a negative rating but there is not that option.

There was only 1 person at the customer service desk and no separate line for online pick ups so I had to wait 20 minutes for all the returns to get done before I could pick up my items. Would have saved time by just walking in and getting them myself and going to the new self checkout cash registers. There was 6 employees in this area standing around "guiding people" to go self check out.

The number of people loitering and soliciting employment is astonishing. I just want to park, enter the store, and buy the items I need, not to hire someone. Ironically, they all seem to gather under the "No Loitering" sign. Additionally, once I get into the store, there isn’t a single employee who greets me or offers assistance. The customer service is quite poor.

Went to return a small item today and I was treated very rudely and yelled at to get in line. I did not realize she was helping someone off to the side and had stepped up to the counter. She looked at me with this hatred. There was no need for that. Also the computers and payment system need to be fixed. They don't work properly.

While purchasing a gas grill the employee at the service desk (Sam) showed no interest and delayed the purchase unnecessarily. The attitude from start to end was completely wrong, deserving the worst mark for customer service.

What an exceptional experience. I went in yesterday to do an order pickup but figured I would buy a few more things that were missing at home. The 3 employees that I interacted with were incredible. First one offering options and knowledge for what I was looking for, the 2nd a huge smile and patience while she was charging me, and the 3rd a helping hand before I can even ask for having some help load the heavy boxes into the car. I didn’t get the names of all three but the cashiers name was Katrell. Will definitely be back soon!

I have been coming to this Location for 15 years and i try to avoid it at all cost. The staff is rude with a few long term employees exceptions, but overall is always a negative experience. Managers, never to be seen!!! I use because I live in Pinecrest but I try to centralize large purchases at surrounding specialized stores, plumbing, lumber etc.

I was given a hard time for not having a receipt when returning a lawn fertilizer spray. Representative was very helpful but made me wait a long time instead of calling a supervisor to approve the transaction. I waited about 20 minutes. Not acceptable

There are so many great long time workers here. Some of their names escape me, but Shirley, ceci, rosie, ida the head cashier, the jamiacan gentleman in the outside garden area, jackie in the tools department are all the absolute best! The manager or assistant manager is a whole different story, i don’t remember her name as she is very elusive but she is short in stature, long brownish hair and she is always looking mad or very serious. Not a friendly person. Don’t know how she got the top spot, but it is what it is. All the other employees make up for her lack of leadership.

The customer service and product variety were impressive.
