Eager to get the last of the clear coating I needed to get my table finished and I managed to find it on discount got the last three there was it was a steal now be glad to get it finished and put it up in the house.

2 associates assisted me with the purchase of my Echo trimmer. They were extremely helpful and professional and this is why I go out of my way to shop Home Depot.

Not Very Organized

I have been to this store a few times and found it hard to find any knowledgable staff. The same thing happened with my most current visit. I waited 30 minutes for them to find someone to make one cut to a board. Then I was at the register for 15 minutes because the item didn’t come up when they scanned it.

For the 4th time home depot has charged me double on my statement 2 separate charges for the same things on the same days

I forgot that I purchased a few items needed to remodel my bathroom. The workers on the floor, customer service and self-checkout were wonderful and helpful.e

I needed a cart and before I could finish my statement to leave my items with customer service and get a cart, a worker sprang into action to get it for me.

An EXCELLENT helper.

As I prepared to check out a young lady asked if I could use help. I agreed. She assisted me in entering my veteran discount code. I could not have done it without her. She made the purchase experience worth it.

My only complaint is parking lot is horrible

I like this store but sometimes I avoid it because parking a pickup truck with a trailer is impossible unless you park a mile away from the door.

Wheres the help

I went on a Saturday afternoon and was unable to find anyone to help us. We walked all over the store until we found someone that was in a different dept. They couldn’t answer our questions and didn’t know if they had the product we wanted or not. When I went to pay at cash register their light was on but no cashiers. 3 were at the self pay area talking and I had to ask one of them to take our money. I will not buy at a self pay register. It is another way of not hiring enough people to give good service. My visit proved that.

Well lit isles, with strait clean lumber

I’ve shopped the competitors stores this Home Depot has strait clean lumber without sorting through dozens of To bys to get one.

Military Discount

You need to come up with some way to honor your Military Discount without having to use an APP. We older people are not happy with, nor are we willing give up our personal information to sign up for an APP. My Military ID is good enough for most other stores and should be good enough for Home Depot as well.

WE NEEDED A WEED EATER. THE SALESJMAN WAS EAGER TO HELP AND SHOW FEATURES. WANDA AT THE FROMT ASSISTED US TO USE OUR COUPON. GREAT TRIP.
