The Pro Xtra team in the Douglasville location Store #0143 is absolutely exceptional..amazing customer service and always with a smile ..Not only do they always remember our names but they truly go above and beyond to assist us and make us all feel so at home. The Pro Xtra team are true professional . So from John, Oscar and Hector we would like to say thank you for being the best!

Do not pay for installation they will send out people who can’t handle the job. They will make excuses to not do it and then you will have to pay someone else to install or fix things. Especially if you schedule a delivery on a Saturday.

Could not find any help. Items not in stock. Manager Eric was useless and could care less if we got what we needed. They lost out on a 4000.00 sale. We left our carts of stuff sitting there!

The service rendered at the Douglasville Home Depot by Nate, Josh, and Tambara was exemplary. I honestly felt as though I had been transported back in time to the 90s when Customer Service Excellence was the norm. Job well done, for their product knowledge, selection, and service was beyond reproach

I believe that it would be good to see and be consistently welcomed by the store manager and or assistants/associates at the front door. I also would like to see the cash registers manned at least one on a consistent basis too as opposed to 2-3 employees standing around self checkout until needed for help. Additionally, it would be good to have a few employees just roaming to help customers that need some help as opposed to having to look for an employee thru out the store for help. Also it might be good to relook small classes again when and where practical. Again people and employees do what they value most as supposedly management. I am a retired Army Officer and appreciated serving and a time when HD employees would sincerely say or even say thank you for your service at checkout too.

I ran in to have a key made, found out you have a self serve kiosk. I was assisted by a young lady named Abby the whole time. She was a delight and made the process easy for me.

Ms. Latesha went above and beyond to help me find the products that I needed. Mr. Darryl was very patient with me. No sign of frustration at all. During these times when you may feel like no one care, these 2 can make a difference. It's the simple things.

I love this Home Depot location! I enjoy just walking around browsing even though I come in for a certain item. This store is well organized and stocked. The employees are so friendly and courteous. I sometimes buy stuff because of the way items are displayed. I’d buy way more items if I had the budget to do so!

The customer service that my uncle and I received from the Home depot in Douglasville, Ga was impeccable. My uncle relocated here from California about six months ago and when we entered the store a Beautiful older lady with silver hair greeted us with a smile and also asked if we needed assistance. He walked in as if he had been living here all his life. We proceeded to the plumbing section and needed assistance. A young lady in her thirties with dread pulled out her scanner and assisted us with a smile. I was happy with the price of the item that was purchased and Uncle Bo installed it with ease. Great energy is everything. Thank you for having fabulous employees. They are greatly appreciated.
