We have lived all around the US & always shop at Home Depo. I can tell you 100%, the Dover, DE store is the Best!

The customer service cashier, Ariana she had a very nasty attitude. She act like she didn’t want to be there. She treated me like crap like I did not matter I think that the store manager Chris needs to retrain her or put her in the parking lot with the shopping cart and the mulch, because it seems like that’s where she does better

I was able to find an associate and she was able to help me find all the items that I needed very helpful.

We bought the RYOBI lawn mower today here using a new HD credit card. We got a $50 rebate automatically at check out. One of the employees, Craig, helped us tremendously with the loading and off loading of this item. We could not have purchased this without his help.

New in town with a new house with lots of needs, especially paint! Great service and help from Tony and Shawn in the paint department. Also, service with a smile from cashier Braden.

Shop all the time at homedepot

The customer service I received at this Home Depot was far superior to anything I've received at any home improvement store. I bought a stove, and every question I had was answered. I was treated like family there!

One of the worst stores i have ever been in. To walk the length of this store and have no one even look at you or ask do you need help or did you find what you need. No eye contact and no workers in any aisles is just wrong for the home depot and all it does to have great customer service. So stay out of this store!!!!!!

The features of the washer and dryer were explained as well as the order and delivery expectations before I made the purchase. Very helpful.

Im probably in my local Dover Delaware store at least 5 times a week. . .Sometimes more. . .I have experience any issues whatsoever shopping at this store. The store associates are more than happy to help assist in all my questions (when I have one) and help me find exactly what I need. I purchased the battery about a little over a month ago and it works fine what I like about this store is that you can find the products you need because they are always fully stocked, and the staff is very kind and helpful pleasant place to shop.

I bought a refrigerator last month after shopping several stores and research. I am pleased with my choice from Home Depot. I am considering a bathroom remake and I will consider what Home Depot has to offer. ( I saw a great idea in the store).

Bought a new battery operated Ryobi lawn mower to replace mine. My experience was super; my salesperson was patient, knowledgeable about the product, guided me to the cashier, helped me get my seats in my car adjusted so he could get the box into the car. Whole sale was very smooth. Thanks Craig I am a 74 female really appreciate the service.

Can't find employees to help considering they have everything locked up. I would question there support for the military because there isn't any. No discounts every time I go in, always exempt.

I bought a washer and dryer tower where Anne Riley helped us to find the perfect one and two other employees helped load it into our truck! Super impressed today as recent Dover homeowners.

Linda the cashier was awesome. I hope she is here to help when I make another purchase. So friendly and helpful. It was the end of the day when people are usually grouchy and want to go home. But the staff here were happy.

George in the lumber section is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service isn't great. Employees sit around talking and looking at guests vs greeting them and being eager to help. Installs are the worse, as they have to be paid for in advance and you have to wait to hear from the "installer" and the installer takes weeks to call you, after you were originally told 48hrs for a call to schedule installation at the rime of purchase. When you reach back out to the store the response you get is a very non caring..they will call you when they call you sort of response and told I am not sure how long it will be for them to call you...so the story changes after you've paid your money..and when you ask for a direct telephone number to call the installer the store tells you "your not going to get any help calling the number" either...this story really should want to do better and should be forced too..people spend a lot of money there and deserve good service
