Stood in the bathroom isle for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me they even called for help over the loudspeaker but no one came finally a nice man named Jeffrey that worked in lumber went out of his way to help me he was very kind he didn’t know he was selling me total junk! When we brought the $400 dollar bathroom vanity home it took two people to bring it up the stairs it was very heavy we took it out of the box it had been used someone had drilled holes into it, it had extensive water damage on each side the particleboard was falling off and it had mold, the porcelain part of the sink was chipped in two different places wow what a total waste of my time. I guess management has given up at this store

We received the delivery of our new washer/dryer. Shortly within a couple of hours we smelled a gas leak coming from the laundry room where the new washer/dryer were installed. We called the 1800 service # and visited the store for support's without avail. It took us several hours and calls to convince Home Depot reps to take the issue seriously. Only to have a technician leave within 2-4 minutes of arrival and report no issue. He didn’t even assess the situation properly. We had turned the gas off as a precautionary measure and he assumed there was no smell, no problem. Again, we called the service # and no support until 3 days later. In the interim, we called Peco who arrived within 30min of the call and verified there was a gas leak and even helped install the equipment properly. There was a missing nut/clamp to properly seal the hose and the hose had also been broken. This was extremely disheartening that the reps could not understand the magnitude of the issue. Our house could have blown up if left unattended and Home Depot would have been negligible for the sloppy installation by their contractors. Very upsetting especially since we have young children that were put at risk. We will not buy again at Home Depot. This experience was very disappointing.

I bought two cordless items, a (Ryobi) weed eater and a leaf blower and they appear to be a good product that I need, have not tried them yet as it has been raining.

We were in there to buy blinds. Thalia was very personable and helpful. The first order went smoothly. The second order we placed was lost by the shipper. Thalia and Beverly were quick to make things right. I really appreciate the quick, hassle free response.

I received the incorrect adhesive. Can I find out who filled the order so I can ask what I have and if i can use it?

Brought my chainsaw (purchased at Home Depot a few years ago) in for service only to find out from a very rude associate that you don’t service them any longer. While we were talking, his phone rang and instead of continuing and finishing our conversation, he proceeded to pick up the phone and turn his back to me! Is this customer service? I wanted to ask him where he would recommend we take it locally now for service. Luckily, a female associate came over and asked if she could help (while he was still on the phone after several minutes) and she was kind to look up a service center near by.

The associate Joe in the garden department was very helpful in helping me picked the right tools for my concrete project. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

To take advantage of a recent carpet sale, my wife and I decided to look at new carpet at HD. We spent about 4-5 hours reviewing the different carpet colors and patterns. I researched carpet differences to educate myself on what to look for. The person we worked with was knowledgeable and patient. We decided to replace all of our existing carpet and purchased hardwood for one room also.

Great store. Plenty of inventory. Good staff. Parking lot can be a pain. Pro parking gets VERY tight. Overall a great place to shop

typical of a visit--stores are huge--when ever a staff member sees someone starting at the row direction hanging above--they approach customer asking if they can be of assistance--sometimes accompanying the shopper to reach the desired product(s)--that's great service!

If you ever need help, ask for William. He will help you find the right products for the job and is happy to see you every time. He is always working hard, but never too busy to stop and help you.

Great store and you will be helped. They go beyond. Even the manager has hands on everything. A few times my husband and I saw some carts flying around. I noticed that there was no metal strip to stop the carts. On those extremely windy rare days good samaritans saved the day! I was one. Ed listened and also saved a lot of dings. Extremely nice person and obviously that is why the employees are so helpful and kind!
