I like that when I buy something and don't end up using it. All they have to do is plug in my phone number to return it and it goes back on my card. The customer service women at the Dublin Georgia store are great!

My first time ever in the store I was accused of stealing. I went to self check out and rolled to the door and another cashier. Wanted to see my receipt and I refused. I had my car tag wrote down and harassed embarrassed. I feel some type of way about it. It's just me I guess I'm not from there.

I think JaWanna (not sure of spelling) was our salesperson, and she did a great job helping us with purchasing a John Deere riding lawnmower.

I chose to do this survey because of Christy that work at the front desk the customer service desk because she didn't mind about coming out helping me to load my 14th boxes of flooring I had purchases not one man ask to help Thank You So Much Christy

All my Ridgid tools are registered online. Why is it company policy to inconvenience me by not being able to look this up in the store and swap my lifetime warranted product right then? Poor corporate decision on home depots part. Customer service is a lot more than greeting me when I walk in.

I bought two 36 X 6 inch triple wall stove pipes in November One was delivered on time One on back order ,I called lady said the order would be refilled as soon as a vailable. She said she would give me a discount because of the delsy! The order finally arrived last week damaged returned pipe and reinbursed on my credit card. If I reorder now I still pay full price with no discount, I did not get to use my woodstove Christmas or New Years with my family because of the delay and still will have to pay full price no discount,looks like ya’ll got out of giving a discount?

Super store. One experience was when wife and I ordered some appliances for a place we were remodeling to move in. We were very fortunate and delighted to have a lady in that area attend to our every need and it was a pleasure to have her involved in the sale. Sometimes buying appliances can be expensive and frustrating but the lady made it a joy to buy from with her knowledge and experience and kindness through the sale process. She helped us pick a bundle that actually saved us money and stress and we were thankful to have met such an attentive and driven lady.

You are doing a great job of both hiring women and waiting on female customers 😉 Keep up the excellent 👌 work.

Always have the answers to my questions, know where things are, always friendly

Employees are always helpful!!

I have been to this location several times. Each times the employees are pleasant and it’s always well stock. The only issue I have is that all of the check outs are at one end of the store so if you park near the entrance you have to walk all the way to the other end to check out then all the way back to get to your car.

Went to the Dublin Home Depot on Monday afternoon around 4/30 the 19th of this month,looking for some electrical items that I am not familiar with. Asked an employee to please page for someone in electrical as he was walking away he mumbled something that I couldn’t understand but was hopeful that he would get some one to help us. Apparently he didn’t paige anyone because no one came out to help us. Very disappointed

No issues always great service.

It took a long time to get assistance/help in the flooring dept. Once help arrived every thing went smooth & fairly quick Thanks to good helpers. I have not used the product for the task as of yet
