Eugene in paint was awesome

I have always been pleased with my experiences in this store. Had exceptional customer assistance today when dealing with Ron. He went above and beyond to help us with window trim, base boards and railing posts. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tanya at the checkout was very friendly and cheerful. Very nice experience.

If I need tools, I know Home Depot will have name brand, high end merchandise. Other stores have cheap tools that I would consider sub-homeowner quality. The store is always neat and tidy. The shelves are always stocked and the employees are helpful. The manager of this store should be proud. Keep up the great work!

The associates were very helpful without "hovering". The flooring I chose was in stock and I was able to take it that day. Very pleased with overall service and product. We will be back

Despite standing product inventory and staffing reductions, the Duluth facility still manages to impress with superior customer service!

I am very happy with this store, it's location is excellent for me as I do a lot of work up over the hill, and they seem to have what I need when I need it. Employee's are happy and helpful and knowledgeable on many things. One employee the other day knew just what I was looking for even though I called it something different then he was used to hearing it called. That's what I call Going the extra mile!!!! Keep up the great job guys and gals.

All the employees are friendly, helpful and informed. Was in and out of the store in no time.

Home Depot in Duluth has a nice selection of products. I co-own a tourist lodging business (cabins). When we update a bathroom/kitchen/living room, Home Depot is the primary supplier of our remodeling needs. Toilets, vanities, carpeting (we use commercial - nice selection which does not look commercial), etc. My experiences have been almost exclusively positive. Very positive/helpful employees, also, which makes a difference.

Absolutely amazing staff and the lumber yard workers are amazing. I had a project I needed cut to measure and they did all of it for me, without frustration, judgement, or annoyance.

The worker at painting counter was so cheaful And helpful even there were many custermers waiting she was in patient my questions . I really felt she is doing great job.

I went to Duluth to help my 2 college daughters! One to paint a room she was moving into and to build shelves in other daughters closet and put up a bathroom shelve. It became stressful and the employees at Home Depot really helped us to get everything we needed and even offered advice on easier ways to help us get everything done! Thank you for you're amazing customer service!

We just bought a brand new hot water heater for our house and we were really happy they had the one we needed in stock and the floor associates were very nice!! We went to customer service and they were not really wanting to help and seemed annoyed when we asked for help, they told us we need to look for someone in plumbing if we need help and I said we cant find anyone and he said sorry I cant help you so I asked if he could call someone over the PA system and he did but didn't seem happy about it. I had the same problem a few days ago when I needed help with a propane exchange, customer service at the desk kept telling me they don't mess with the tanks and didn't know who did, so I asked if they could get a store mgr and they did and he was very happy to help and said sorry about that. Over all we are happy customers but the only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because of the customer service at the desk. We will go back and shop and see if it improves since we are in that store 2 or more times a week.

I recently purchased some Ridgid power tools and the salesman, Griffin, was a pleasure to deal with. He was not pushy at all with his sales pitch, knowledgeable on all products I had questions to, and was patient. I also saw the displays were set up nice, store was spotless, and Griff was decent along with a sense of humor.

Always look forward to shopping at Home Depot when we go to Duluth. Never disappointed. Easy checking out and friendly employees.

GREAT STORE SALE PEOPLE WERE GREAT !!!

I am a handicapped veteran. The staff is most helpful and help me get good materials and tools. I tour the store looking at other items of interest... in addition to what I came for. It is fun. The staff is very helpful in my needs as I need help with materials. The quality is great and many professionals tradesmen run in and out too.

Like the store except the self checkouts. Don't be so cheap! Hire some people to check the customers out. Lowe's and Menards do not do this.

The employee who helped us out at The Home Depot was VERY HELPFUL!!!!!

When looking for a certain plant in the garden center and couldn't seem to find it I went to a cashier and she knew exactly what and where the product was. It was very easy to get assistance when needed. The associates the work at The Home Depot are very friendly and have knowledge of the items in the store. The store is always clean and inviting and I will always recommend The Home Depot over any other home improvement store :)

The store was clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. Home Depot is always well stocked with product and if not they will order for you. I highly recommend shopping here:)

i had an 18 volt ryobi cordless blower in my cart and was heading to the register and i passed a display that had the 40 volt displayed. i stopped to look at it. a home depot employee walked up to me and asked me if i needed help. i said no thanks that i was just trying to make a decision. he told me about customer reponses on the internet and why i should buy the 40 volt even though it was 30 bucks higher. he showed me the responses and i took his advice and bought the 40 volt. he was awesome.

I purchased a Smart Chef freezer and took it 135 miles to my cabin only to find out it had a good size dent in one of the rear corners. the dent did not affect the freezer other than it looked bad. I called home depot and they immediately got me in touch with the Assistant Store Manager Ryan. He was so attentive to my concerns and he asked if I could send him some pictures of the dent since I did not want to haul the freezer back such a long distance and he would look at refunding part of my purchase price. I emailed him pictures and he immediately called me back and offered a 25% refund, which I felt was more than fair. Within minutes the transaction was completed and 25% of the purchase price was returned to my credit card. This is some of the best customer service I have ever had and I suggest people shop Home Depot where they really do believe in taking care of the customer. My thanks to all of the people at Home Depot who made this such an enjoyable and painless process.
