Jamie went out of his way today with assistance. Very much appreciated. He was very helpful as was everyone in the store. Department personnel helpful, cashier helpful, loading assistant helpful. Great Job Home Depot!!

Top notch Did not give up until military discount granted after problems

EXTREMELY rude cashier who refused to assist with military discount! We will shop elsewhere in the future. There are many other businesses who respect their veterans.

Have always had good service and friendly cashiers. Products are of good quality and easy to find.

Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile. If I'm looking for something they give me great help and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does.

Deanna was an amazing help and went above and beyond for myself, and other customers while I was there. I work for a competitor, however I will continue to shop here due to the level of customer service and friendliness of the employees!

Store was clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. Safety was part of the process.

So happy to have dealt with Home Depot for buying our refrigerator and dryer. Debbie was a joy to work with!

Excellent store, excellent employees, excellent Customer Service! Hardly anyplace is this efficient and professional, but the Duluth Home Depot is both!

My husband wanted to buy a chop saw. He saw one in Burnsville that was a good fit but they had none in stock. He took a photo of the HD product sign and sent it to me to look for the saw in the Duluth store. You had the saw in stock but it was priced $100 above the Burnsville store. Courtney, Debbie and Deanna helped me to understand and rectify the problem. Thank you!!!

I had a complicated return and Debbie at the Customer Service desk was AWESOME!

Love thus store, the employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly.

Debbie didn’t need to be there and and probably shouldn’t have been. She was unhappy that I needed to return a special order and she want going to do it on her log in. Then the manager told her how to help me and she was going to make it as miserable as she could. Why anyone would want to be like that is beyond me. The customer behind me said that’s how it always is here.

I shop this store often and purchase refrigerators and kitchen cupboards on a regular basis. Deb in appliances and Eric in cabinetry always know me by name and what I am looking for. The other employees are always friendly and helpful too. I also appreciate the staff's willingness to assist me with carry out and are willing to tie-down merchandise in my truck for me. I can't beat that!!!

Pro Desk unwilling to help find item after another store employee couldn’t help me find the what I was looking for. Pro Desk response, “It’s there”. Can you help me find it? “ Unwilling to help.

We made two trips to buy a riding lawn mower. On the second trip we thought we had made our decision, and a helpful salesperson started to put it together for us. We changed our minds about the model. Gabe patiently changed where he was working and started working on the Toro model we'd decided on instead. He worked with us to make sure we got what we needed (and wanted) and enlisted the help of two other helpers to get our newly-purchased mower loaded onto our trailer. Mind you, this was at the end of the Memorial Day weekend. The place was swamped. The sales force was swamped. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. I'm not sure I could have done as well in their situations. I've been leery of Home Depot before now. It always seemed there was too much stuff, too many choices, too few sales representatives. I was wrong. I'll be back!

We purchased a Ryobi battery powered lawn mower, trimmer and blower. So far it's lived up to everything Patrick, the sales person helping us, said it would. Product works great!

Poor employee to customer ratio. I waited an hour for help Only 1 cashier. She did her best to help. Called 5 times for help., 3 times the manager was suppose to come but never did

Ability to use Military Discount is "tough for my demographic"

Great customer service.

What I like about the location is large parking lot easy to use, and that is situated so that is not jammed up around 5 a gas station or more other retail stores.

Had a problem checking out with gift cards. Sally, Patrick and Debbie were such great help - it took a long time but they persisted until they found the answer. Great employees!

Jamie helped me load the flooring I purchased into my car. It was much appreciated!

I bought 3, !6" X 25" X 2" and everyone at the Duluth Home Depot were very very helpful and nice.

Quite impressed with the overall help and guidance from this store! We have visited other stores, but these employees were absolutely wonderful and quick to help!

I needed to buy everything for a bathroom I'm creating in the basement. This Home Depot had everything, or was able to order it to arrive before the builders start.
