Craig or Brent in the Building materials department are great employees to work with. They know their stuff and are genuinely concerned with getting you the right stuff for the job.

I recently was at the Duluth store to pick up some paint to touch up an apartment that I rent out. I brought the old can with me, {which was several years old.} The associate who helped me was the best! He matched the color on the cover even researching the old formula to find out it was still in the computer. He double checked the color match, and was extremely courteous and friendly. He did a great job, quickly, and left me with a great feeling of satisfaction. And it was a perfect match...saving me from having to paint the entire apartment. Great job!

I don't go to home depot that often but when I do I have always had a great experience with customer service by answering my questions I have and showing me where things are if I can't find them. This year I would like to especially "Thank" Harold my check out gentlemen and the young gentleman that explained the tools to us! Awesome job, keep up the great work!

The Home Depot in Duluth was easy to find the storage containers that I needed and check out was friendly and fast.

They are so helpful and always make be feel welcome. My Dad has been coming here for years and the staff has become family friends. They always want to make sure he is taken care of, I'm grateful.

Found items I was looking for and purchased a few I wasn't! Store associates were great! Store shelves stocked full of great products.

The staff gave me lots of interesting information on materials in addition to sound advice on plant purchases.

I am handicapped and have use this store because they have quality materials and products and are very helpful to my needs. The cheaper products that Menard's carry is one reason I shop here. The handicap assistance is very important to me. I can't do what I once did, but at least I can select and pick up materials...or sent some one to get them in my truck. Customer service is a need for a handicap.

The cashiers there are fast and to the point. They don't try to be your friend or make small talk. They do their job and they do it well. So if you want to just come in and buy stuff without any unnecessary interaction with people, go here.

Everyone is the store is super nice and helpful. When they don't know something, they find someone else who does. There usually isn't wasted time unless they're new.

I live a mile away from the store, so we use it a great deal. The associates have come to know us, and are very helpful. Many of them genuinely seem to care about us as people, not just customers. The only thing I don't like is that oftentimes the products are only available online, and I'd like to see the item in person. This isn't anything bad about our Home Depot, but about HD in general.

After a visit to the website to verify that Home Depot carried what I need, my venture to the store was simple and fast.

Store was clean and products easy to find. There was a nice Christmas display and the associate was available to help me.

Won't shop anywhere else for home improvement! Best service ever!

If you can find an associate to help you when you need assistance they are usually quite friendly. However, the extended wait times to FIND an associate to assist you make a person far more likely to walk out of the store with out making a purchase.

I stopped at Home Depot to pick up vinyl gutters, the local Meanrds doesn't carry it "Special Order" only?!?? As I was trying to figure out all the parts and pieces I would need an Associate actually stopped and asked if I needed any help, offered some ideas and directed me to the next aisle I needed to go to. To top it off he ran into me a short time later and asked if I had found the fasteners I needed and recommended a different brand that would work better. I've never had better service at a Home Depot. I only wish I would of gotten the guy's name! Thanks guy!

I live in Yuma AZ however we needed some building supplies for a family member who we were visiting... this store is not only cleaner than ours in Yuma, AZ it was loading with helpful people, better products to choose from and the displays were awesome. Dave Robison was so much help! He needs a raise. Thanks Mr. Robison

The store associates are always very friendly and helpful. They always seem to know where the products are that I am looking for, even if it is not in their department.

A short stop at Home Depot for a fire extinguisher. An employee was readily available and very helpful in location of the product.

An associate helped me find all the lumber items I needed, answered my questions, and help me load them on a cart.

Good visit with the exception that I could not find help in getting answers on LED lighting.

I wasn't happy with the salepeople working. One was on her phone. Another one looked at me and pratically ran away. I was there for over half an hour in the appliance department and no one talked to me. Also it is hard to tell what the fridges would look like on the inside when they aren't plugged in. The only good experiance I had was when I bought the $ 5 beef jerky instead of the $1200 fridge I was planning on buying.

I know many of the store associates by name and many more of them by face. It's always pleasant to shotp there.

We have consistently had great customer service in the Duluth, MN Home Depot store. Sue at check out is always kind, helpful and friendly and we appreciate that so much. Some of the other associates that come to mind that are utmost professional, great with customer service and who go above and beyond to help are Bob, older gentleman in Electric, Kayla, Matt, Deb, A.J., Tanya. We have been doing a lot of projects and it seems we are in almost daily. We appreciate the staff and their willingness to help and meet the customer's needs and expectations. Keep up the good work!

The staff is always very helpful and has suggestions when I have issues. They have been supportive when I was unsure if i could DIY things

No 'big box' store is perfect. I think Home Depot comes pretty close though. Employees are very cordial and usually available. If you can't find one, drop by the customer service desk or ask a teller; they'll call one on the radio. I can't think of anything really bad to say about Home Depot.
