Waited two weeks to pick up a mobile workbench. Drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. It was boxed up... foolishly I didn't ask them to unbox it. Drove home 2 1/2 hours and unboxed it. One corner was smashed in...

I love this Home Depot. I also am the biggest fan of ACE but sometimes the lil guys don't have what you need. If I can't find it at ACE, this Home Depot is my PLACE.

I will never return to this store, the employees will literally stand there and watch you struggle to load heavy lumber on your cart. Then on the last piece run over and help, then he smahed my figers bad.

Your materials get more and more expensive but the quality continually deminishes. Sheet goods are terrible, the to two sheets are horribly wrapped and if you pull those and grab from a few sheets below by the time you get home they look the same as the garbage you culled out. Lumber the same deal....Crap. Quality has gone out the door and now your return policy has tightened up I am quickly running out of reasons to ever step for in another HD.

Maybe it’s a lingering affect from COVID, maybe good help is hard to find. I find the employees either not knowing how to interact with customers or they just do not care and are only there to collect a check.

Dave is a great manager and has assembled a great team who love to help and work for him!! Thank goodness, what an improvement!!

We always look for our landscaping and yard accessories at Home Depot. We also buy our appliances and have had perfect results with them. We've never had an unhappy experience with any product in the 15 years we've been shopping in the Durango facility. We are happy that this store is here to meet our needs.

Home Depot used to deliver to Creede and now they don’t

Most of my big dollar purchases are made on the internet because not stocked in store: Pex A Plumbing. Cabinets, windows, doors. I purchased over $35,000 from Home Depot in 2024.

Most employees avoided eye contact and therefore further contact because they didn't want to help or what I would only assume is didn't want to work

I have lived in Durango for 8+ years now. My wife and I are building a house up north and have become friends with many of the employees at HD. Everyone is very nice and willing to help no matter what department we ask about. I usually don't have to ask them for help, if they are walking by, they'll volunteet to help out. Good people.

First, could not pass up the black Friday deal on appliances - saved at least 2k, but the delivery date kept changing without explanation after purchase. We didn't receive our appliances until a month after the original scheduled delivery date. Also we were promised by the staff person in-store that the microwave we picked was part of the promo, which it wasn't so we ended up cancelling that and it cost us an extra $500 discount which Home Deport would not honor if we exchanged because the promo was over?? ... Also we paid for full install but they installer guys said they could not hook up the fridge water line? Customer Service was helpful though and they're sending someone back to do that part... all in all it wasn't a great experience, but worth the deal!

I went to the Home Depot and did have some help from the clerks but I wish some of them would walk me to the product I was looking for. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed and I definitely need help looking for the product I need. I will say the sales cashier Roland was very nice, cheerful and patient. Me and my mother forgot something while checking out and Roland was nice enough to wait for my mom to go grab it. He didn’t rush us or give attitude.

The employees are very helpful and always pleasant and some will ask to give dog treats to my dog when she comes in with me.

In my experience in nearly every department the staff at the Durango Home Depot is ALWAYS helpful and professional.

I ordered a dishwasher that I received in October. The box looked fine and I was trying to get new flooring installed prior to putting it in. Needless to say, upon opening the box, it had obviously been dropped and was badly damaged. Home Depot’s policy for returns on “special orders” is 48 hours! It was a special order only because our store never has any of these items in stock. (Guess we are too small). Anyway, I was told upon calling the 800 number that it would be up to the local store manager to take or not take the return. The first person I spoke to was awful but called another assistant manager to help. This gentleman, Dave, went way above and beyond to help me, took the return, made sure my refund went through and reordered the product for me. He was amazing. I have never had better customer service! Beth at the return desk was also very kind and helpful. Those two alone make this a store worth going to!

Appliance employee was vary professional

I needed help getting a weedeater out of the lock up cage. There was a employee came to me and asked if he could help. I said yes. He opened the gate, and handed me the Ryobi weedeater I said thank you for your assistance and we both went about our way. Thank you to that great guy.

The associate named Terresa went above and beyond

I am hesitant to buy anything at this store due to them not being able to deliver product. I use the Farmington store. If I was closer to Farmington I would always shop at Farmington.

I always get help, or am asked if I need help within minutes of wandering around. I even have a few go to experts I seek out there. All the employees are fantastic. Ian helped me recently and made my experience so much easier.nit can be overwhelming trying to find all the products you need for a job. They really have an amazing team here.

I have recently with your Mill Works team and Nancy and Art displayed skill and caring interest in us and our project and assisted us in getting exactly what we need. Thanks to a great team effort. I also worked recently with Karla in cabinets and she showed skill and caring too in us and our projects. Thanks to Karla for your help & support

The store is usually well staffed which is much appreciated. Associates seem preoccupied but are pleasant and professional when asked a question or to help.

Great bunch of people working there. They actually go out of their way to help you.

My latest projects were a bathroom addition and a new refrigerator for my kitchen,everything needed was at Home Depot!
