We were helped by Martin Nuñez. He ame to us as we were looking through some washers and dryers - didn't have to beg for anyone's help. He was extremely sweet and patient with all our needs. Although it was late, he made sure to provide us a full service and account for all our questions regarding our home remodeling project. We left very satisfied by his customer service.

I had called ahead to be sure you had the pull down 2 piece kitchen faucet in stock and was told yes . When I got to the store I talked with 4 employees and not only did they not have it on stock they coukd not find it on the web page . I found it again on the home depo web page after I left but ordered it from Fergusons

There is NEVER enough staff on the floor. Finding a knowledgeable attendant on the floor to hellp a customer is impossible.

I needed to export a purchase and the staff went above and beyond to assist. Jerome, Victoria and others at the Pro/Export dept were helpful and efficient, explained the details and I'll definitely return!

Why does Home Depot have to be so unfriendly? Why can't one employee actually provide some information on a product? Why do Home Depot employees seemingly run away when they look at you with a pending question. I don't ever even have the ability to ask a question to a Home Depot employee because if I make eye contact they run the other way. How can the store with literally thousands of products have employees that can't find anything or don't want to help you find anything?

Sells staff is rude and ignorant.

I bought 4 appliances from this location primarily on the expertise, knowledge and professionalism of the sales associate Gregory. He was stellar. A few issues need to eb resolved and Gregory was able to amend quickly with the assistance of the manager, Haneefa, who was equally professional. She was awesome and the both display their understanding of the value of excellent customer service. I usually complain and seldom write good reviews, This was worth the effort.

Sales associates are scarce more often than not, making the shopping expereince less pleasant and more frustrating with the length of time it takes to source itmes. particularly those that are under lock and key. I recently visited your location at 1000 NE 4th Ave in Ft Lauderdale to purchase a Milwakee power tool. I hung around for 15 munites and simply decided it was time to try ACE where I got what I was looking for in just over 3 1/2 minutes flat. Time is valuable and as a rule if I'm not in an out in 15 minutes after preplanning my purchases online, I head to a competitor to get the job done efficiently and effectively with better customer service. In fact, I've started using competitors as a first option as a result of the time it takes to get assitance at Home Depot.....It's allmost like you want your customers to hang aroind and wonder the isles...No thanks!!

Tried renting a truck, HD computers crashed 3 times.staff were equally frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager, none came. There are a few great staff but 60% are absolutely worthless! Shout out to the electrical guy and Kevin at pro check out

Spent 2 minutes to pick out my goods, but over 11 minutes to check out. Only 1 human cash register open. Only positive aspect was that it gave me time to compare prices online, which were better and now I am more determined to complete purchases online instead of standing in line trying to check out.

Destenie at customer service was above and beyond professional. SUCH a sweet young lady.

Parking is terrible, employees don’t like to help, sometimes I have to walk up and down the store to find what I need. Check out is a hassle. But, the location is convenient.

They are very disorganized at checkout and can sometimes be extremely rude at this location. Go to the Oakland Park location, much nicer staff.

The gentleman that sold us the laundry machine was very good and efficient.

We purchased kitchen cabinetry and an install, worked with Don in Kitchens who was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Don made the process simple and efficient and designed the perfect kitchen for our space.

Was there just less than a week ago to exchange an item I bought online. I came in apparently through the exit doors but was an entrance. Because I was carrying a larger item I needed a sticker or something to go through to customer service. A small group of 4 employees were chatting away never acknowledging me standing there for at least 5 min. I had to get going so I then approached the group and asked about my circumstance and if was ok to just walk through to the counter on the other side. There is never enough people helping people at any Home Depot I have been to. They all take breaks at the same time. IF YOU WANT TO GREET PEOPLE ...then have a person at the front as a GREETER and then ask if they need help finding something etc.... Why wait to get so many poor reviews and experiences because your too cheap to pay for this or pay higher wage to get people who care! I live in Texas but fly to my daughter house there.

I am of the belief that people are what make the customer experience pleasant. With that said this Fort Lauderdale store is littered with employees that don’t serve the customer experience in a respectable manner. An example, just a week ago at customer service I was second in line and one person was being helped by an associate while 3 other associate continued there conversation for about 3-4 minutes before they acknowledged the person in front of me. In my experience manners and a friendly attitude do more for my experience than anything else. You may have a policy in place already but I’ve worked places wehere we were required to say hello to any guest we pass and thank them when leaving.

I had to go to your competitor, ONLY because you did not have what I needed, they actually did not have it either. I spend most of the time in the store trying to find someone to help me. it is unbelievable that they do not have the staff to help . I left the store and swore not to EVER go to any of those stores again. I finally ordered the item on Homedepot’s website and learned my lesson. Never to go to any other store then HOMEDEPOT.
