ONE EMPLOYEE WHO COLLECTS CARTS ALSO LOADS YOUR CAR IS GREAT AND DOES A GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

Parking is a nightmare because they allow everyone to use the fire lane. Currently a giant RV parked downstairs taking up six of the already very few spots. Store is very cluttered and most aisles are impassible with a cart. Go to a different one, this one is terrible. Never enough cashier's.

I love this store, all staff specially in appliances and window doors department Always happy to help. Very good deals specially on Black Friday, convenient hours.

I don’t live in Florida but I came to this store to purchase appliances because they are close me to the freight forwarders that I was using to ship my items (export) to my country. I found out via email that they were having a early Black Friday sale. I checked the prices at my local store and liked the price reductions. Came down to Florida and was very pleased with the prices. This store had a goodly amount of staff on hand and they all were very knowledgeable about where to find items. Also, actually approached us (my husband and I) to find out if we needed help. Kudos to the appliances staff and the pro desk staff. Totally mead this entire process seem less.

difficult to get into the store!

I can't say enough about the employees who went out of their way to help me find items I was looking for and the cashier who placed me cart for easy access to load and provided paper to go underneath items so my car would not get dirty. Everyone was extremely helpful and they deserve to be acknowledged!

I love this store. I never have trouble finding someone that can assist me. The store has always been clean and neat when I visit, and I usually always find what I went for. Plus, they have multi-level parking so even during peak hours you can still find parking.

Amazing location. Staff is always eager to assist and a lot of the aisle are always in stock. Follows CDC guidelines and hard working team.

The Fort Lauderdale store location, store # 6372, has been the absolute best Home Depot store my family has been at in so many years. We are making this store our goto store because of the excellent customer service, product variations, competitive prices, and cleanliness. The store is actually much more organized than other locations in our experience, we recommend everyone to come and check out the Home Depot in Fort Lauderdale for you will not be disappointed. We found all the products we were looking for and our check-out experience was perfect.

Yeah I like to see some people who can speak both languages Spanish and English , the cashier Steven he is always so nice and easy to deal specially in the rush of the self checkout

East Ft Lauderdale Home Depot, is the best and provides a lot of jobs in our community, The sales team is friendly and always helpful, even in this difficult time of Covid 19 when we are all wearing mask, Steven at the self checkout line was clearly smiling behind his mask when he assisted me with checking out. So hats off to the team at Home Depot !

My husband went to the cashier to purchase hedges and mulch totaling $93.95, he gave a $100 bill. The cashier Darleen asked him could he use another form of payment because she couldn’t risk it?!? Thoroughly embarrassed, he then gave her two $50 bills which she raise in the air to verify that it was real. After completing the transaction another associate looks at her and tells her “he gave you the same money, whether it was 100 or two 50’s” She was looking at Darleen in disbelief..... my husband then stated how embarrassed he was because it was an insult. The other cashier shook her head and said I can’t believe you just did that to that man. My husband requested a manager. As he was walking off he could hear her telling the other cashier “I just told him I didn’t have change because the money looked old and washed up”! The manager Corey was notified that my husband needed help, now although Corey was currently helping another customer he never acknowledged my husband to say I’ll be right with you, he just walked off. So my husband who is now thoroughly vexed comes to the car tells me what happened. We both go back inside to speak with manager, he comes over and we tell him what happened then he offers a measly “Oh I’m sorry” and just doesn’t seem to care. We express to him how embarrassing that was and I asked him do they have money markers to verify suspect bills? He said, No, they just ask for another form of payment. So I then ask him so what If a customer doesn’t have another form of payment what do you do? He wave his hand at me clearly blowing me off saying “oh we have a whole process for that”, and he never elaborated on what it was. We have never been so embarrassed in our life. We are new home owners and for the last year and a half we’ve been coming to Home Depot at least once a week to assist with home renovations . And today I felt like my money wasn’t good enough! There should be some type of protocol in place so that customers who may pay with an older bill don’t get singled out and embarrassed. I just called to set up an appointment with Home Depot for a fence quote but after today I will be taking all of our business to Lowe’s. I’m so upset that I was first treated inadequately then blew off as if it didn’t matter. I’ll also will be returning the items I purchased today because I’m never going to spend my money where it’s not appreciated. My husband is a manager at one of the top retail chains whose known for its premier customer service so we know he we should be treated and how it should have been handled not to mention we did see what looked to be a money marker on her register, but we could wrong.

Staff at store not knowledgeable of doing a will call for a purchase for another Home Depot and applying your military discount for a purchase that is available in the store. They said that I would need to go to the actual store to do a cancellation and get my discount. So sad and this came from their management. This Home Depot staff desperately needs to be trained same way rest of staff at Other Home Depot’s across the country is trained! Total waste of time for this I could have place my order over phone. Guy that cashed me out was new so ask manager and they had no clue on what to do. Please get your staff trained properly.
