Great shopping experience and friendly cashier

This Home Depot is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of building supplies, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting with my PRO account.

In this store you find what you need!

Went to find a product and didn’t find it. When I asked for help, no one could take the time to come to me in person to help me find what I was looking for.

I went in on a mission to buy the artificial grass for mu bedroom. Other stores didn’t have it in stock, but this store did. Not overly crowded lots of employees walking about being helpful and greeting. Also love the food that was outside at the exit.

Let’s just say the employees working the online order and Customer service desk really need to understand what customer service means poor attitudes and honestly rude

We just recently bought a house and we have been doing some remodeling. Your staff seem to be more involved than previous visits. Also manager Darrius is visible and involved with the associates.

You will NOT be able to get them online as every Home Depot in Fort Worth is reporting "Low Stock" and you just cannot override the order online. In North Richland Hills you will find all the empty boxes. No one has removed them; BUT, the shelves are loaded at the East Fort Worth Home Depot.

The customer service is great, they are friendly and are happy to help. The only issue is that if you go online to see if there are items in stock at the store, and go to the store, there is a chance it will not be in stock. Or vise verse they will have items in stock when it says they are out of stock

just be sure you have your purchase proof or you will be in trouble

I came in right before closing rushing to purchase an item. Shirley was great even though it was almost closing time she took the time to make sure my experience was perfect.

We came in to purchase new flooring for a new home and Heather B.in flooring was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase from start to finish.
