Stacy is outstanding.......if one experiences a problem......Stacy is the staffer to see. Unlike some others who hand you off to some voice on the phone.....she works to resolve your problem / concern.

Had an incredible customer service experience this morning with numerous associates greeting me and asking if I needed assistance with anything. One associate spent 20 minutes with me attempting to locate a $0.50 lawn sprinkler accessory item, bringing down three different pallets from top shelves and searching through numerous small boxes to find it. They definitely raise the bar at the Okemos Home Depot when it comes to excellent customer service.

The store was clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're in need of flooring, go to see Nathan in the flooring department. He has the answers and the solutions.

This store is not only clean and well stocked but the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Not only does my Husband look forward to going to Home Depot, my kids often ask if they can go their too. Suzy a Cashier at the Professional Check Out desk, gave each of them a "magic wand" (free paint stick) and told them they could color, paint, decorate it any way they want when they get home, the more glitter, the more powerful the magic wand will be (my daughters is caked with glitter lumps) The only rule she said, "You can not make your brother or sister disappear or it will loose its power". The look on their faces... Now this keeps them occupied coloring their sticks while I work on my projects. Other cashiers should be aware of this, now we look for Suzy and she lets them scan their items, which is a big deal to them, they love it!

Tom (do not know his last name but he is the only Tom at the Okemos store)helped me and was excellent. I have had similar experiences with him over the last year. No matter how small the item he finds it or suggests where I can find it. Also volunteers tips on work projects and his tips have saved me a lot of time and effort.

#2723 Okemos Home Depot Store is an amazing store with many well-trained and experienced employees working in it. About the only item I do not have from Home Depot for my home is your orange roof! When I ask questions, they are answered quickly and accurately. The store is clean and well organized. I am always able to find help easily.

Good location of this store which makes it convenient to get to. Have used the store for online pick up as well and I really like that service. Customer service associates are always easy to do business with.

Great people work at the store and are very helpful. Also, the store has the isles and areas in the isles labeled, so if you print off a product from online that you need, it shows the exact location your item is in the store.

So disappointed that nothing marked 50% off was discounted at all and everything was charged full price. Now I get to go back and return everything and go to another store to make my purchases. So disappointed in Home Depot.

This store is always clean, well stocked and well organized. They have staff that are knowledgeable and happy to help.

Staff offered to assist me whenever I needed help I got an additional 10% off for waiting a long time I will definitely be back to the store very clean friendly staff good prices

Russ who worked back in tile and flooring was very helpful. He was able to get approx 1,000 dollars of material together for me. He was also able to call another store and made sure they had the rest of the porcelain tile I needed. He did a great job

Over the years, I have had the experience of going to many home improvement stores. This one is consistently responsive, clean, kindly, and well stocked. I recommend it most highly.

Every time I have been in this store we have found the sales staff to be very helpful, spend time with us, and offer advice on products. Even the check out staff are very friendly.

I like this store and have been a loyal customer for many years. Totally upset by the green print from the plastic bag imprinted on my tan leather seat. This is a new one on me. I did not know a wet shopping bag could stain a leather seat.

Since I was in the garden center, I didn't expect the store to be clean. Why do you call it the East Lansing store when it is located in Okemos?

SUZY WENT OUT OF HER WAY WHEN SHE SAW ME STRUGGLING WALKING IN. SUZY CAME OUT TO GREET ME, NOTICED I WAS IN PAIN, ASKED IF I WAS OK, HELPED ME SIT DOWN, THEN RAN TO GET ME A CART, WATER WHILE ON HER BREAK. LATER I SAW SHE WAS AN EMPLOYEE AT THE DO IT YOURSELF CHECK OUT AND DID EVERY THING FOR ME AT CHECK OUT, I DID NOT HAVE TO DO A THING, WHAT A TREAT. SHE SAID I REMINDED HER OF HER LATE GRANDPA. WHAT A LUCKY GUY HE MUST HAVE BEEN. MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS TYPING THIS FOR ME.

We had a great experience while shopping at this store. We rented a truck to move a bed and it was a very simple process. Great staff!
