The associate that worked with me was phenomenal. She patiently, manually entered the serial numbers for close to sixty products that we had purchased in order to get us the best possible price. Her painstaking work and cheerful attitude made quite a positive impression on me. So positive, in fact, that the money I received from the discount, I bought a lawn mower, hedge trimmer, and weed eater from Home Depot that very day. From this point on, I will be a loyal Home Depot customer and will enthusiastically recommend Home Depot to all my friends and family. Thank you for making our shopping experience a positively memorable one!

After getting a floor model refrigerator delivered and finding out that they only drop it off at the curb the manager sent four employees to my house to help me get the fridge in doors. Best service I've ever received for a delivery miscommunication. The employees here are awesome!

The Okemos Home Depot is my favorite place to get home repair items. It sometimes takes a minute or two to find someone to help, but that is because once you find someone they are so helpful and thorough. I have never once left feeling like I didn't have the item that I needed to complete my project or wasn't sure how to go about what I wanted to do. All of the associates are friendly and helpful and awesome. If you're looking for flooring stuff, Mary B. in the flooring department is our favorite! We will shop here again and again. Thanks for a great experience.

Everyone is planning painting projects for the long 4th of July weekend, and this Okemos store had only one inexperienced associate working in the paint department on a Thursday evening. There was a long wait to get help all the way from 8 PM until 10 PM. After considerable waiting I found out the associate did not even know how to tint my special paint. He was trying hard to keep up with the customers, but why not have a second and more experienced person working there to help customers? I have received much better assistance at the Lansing Home Depot, and will not be returning to the Okemos location. I unnecessarily wasted a couple hours of my time at this store

Paint Department had only one associate working despite a holiday paint sale taking place. Poor management! Justin the associate did an excellent job helping me despite doing the work of several people. Justin deserves a raise and should be recognized for his efforts!

Whenever I come into the store I know an associate is close by to answer any questions I may have. I appreciate their displays in the various departments because they get me thinking about some home projects that I need to work on.

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THIS IS A FIRST TIME PROJECT OR IF YOU'RE A FREQUENT DIY'ER HOME DEPOT IS PREPARED FOR ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS.

This store has ever so helpful associates. They can tell when you need help or just want to be left alone to look on your own. They are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

Found what I needed fast and was out of ther very well organized

The girl at checkout where we walked into the store, helped us immediately and took us to what we wanted to buy. Great!

Because I shop at this store regularly I've had many occasions to interact with its employees. Their readiness to go beyond the limit of my expectations keeps me coming back. Here's one example: A few years ago my husband and I agreed to host a Father's Day barbeque at the last minute. The guests were planning on a cook-out in the back yard, but we didn't have any patio furniture! I went to the Home Depot, was helped in choosing a table and chairs, and discovered that the furniture normally wouldn't be delivered until the following week. When I explained we needed it sooner, the associate found a way to have it delivered that evening!

The store associates are knowledgeable and go "above and beyond" to provide a positive shopping experience.

She devoted the same time and attention to me and resolved my issues promptly, professionally, and with the purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction. She accomplished that and impressed me. The associate that helped me solve a problem saved me time, frustration, and money. He was exceptional.

I was in the store for an hour before Molly in Flooring & Tile came on duty. She approached me as I clearly needed help. She proceeded to provide me with exceptional customer service, including listening to what I wanted, providing input on product options, personally filling a cart with each of the products I needed to have my shower re-done. From matching different components, to selecting items from same lot number, to offering options for grout and sealing products, to arranging for payment right at her desk and pickup at my convenience days later- I left that store so impressed and pleased with my experience. Hats off to Molly- she was the reason I made this major purchase at Home Depot instead of competing stores I had considered.

The lawnmower that I wanted to buy was in homedepot.com. I went to the store, but was told that it was not available. Glen and John from Lawn and Tractor helped me locate the lawnmower and it was available through another Home Depot. Through their expertise, they found it, and it will be shipped to my home, which is great. I appreciated their knowledge and helpfulness.

Jerry Dowel was very helpful as was Mary in flooring.

I was very happy with the help I needed in the several departments in Home Depot. All the products I wanted were available and staff lead me directly to someone who could help. I was surprised that so many staff were available as I dreaded wandering around to find what I wanted. Thanks to Dave, Pat, KC, David and Cynthia.

EVERYTHING IS GOOD, AWESOME & EXCELLENT, AND ALSO, I HAVE NOT BEEN DIFFERCULT WITH ANY PROBLEM.

We were shopping for appliances and really appreciated the time the sales associate took to educate us on the differences between the appliances, options, warranties, prices, delivery process, installation in our new home and accessories that we may need. We were concerned about being without a refrigerator in our new home while waiting for delivery and she even offered the possibility of a loaner! We greatly appreciated that option.... didn't end up needing it, but it made us shop here instead of somewhere else.

We were able to purchase a floor model grill that had some staining on the knobs. Other than that, the grill is in perfect condition. The associate offered us a discounted price for the floor model. It works perfectly and we are loving our new Brinkman gas grill. Thanks Home Depot!

We went in having little knowledge about our hugh lawn project. The Store Staff and especially Tabitha was extremely helpful. She not only answered our questions, she stayed and made sure that we got everything we needed. I appreciate her not just telling us what isle to go to, but actually taking us there and being present for any questions or concerns we had/

I needed a scooter in order to shop and the associate brought one to my car. It was nice to shop in a store having people that will assist when necessary. I love to shop at Home Depot and just look at the different items on the shelves.
