When I bought this, the diagram was at an angle so couldn't tell sink wasn't centered and the cabinet opens wrong way, would of been better opening from the other way. Wouldn't buy cabinets from Home Depot again. Good thing I was going to retire because the installers had to remove tiles for them to fit. So home depot failed on all in my view

We ordered a 8’x9’ French door and took them 8 weeks to get it instal it when they promised 5/7 weeks, the door looks nice but the installer noticed something wrong,you can see the light on the left bottom corner in one of the doors and took pictures for The company to get it replaced; a week later the handle became very hard to lock and unlock it and very squeaky. After making phone calls and emails Milgard finally gave me an appointment to investigate and it’s in 2 months ; so ridiculous when we spent 7K and they don’t care, it’s already paid off.

Staff seemed uninterested to help .

I waited 20 minutes and then some more after I ask 2 different people to open the cage to get a tool. Second time I ask for some assistance to open the cage I decided to wait in front of 3 employees behind the counter, till someone decided to assist me after waiting again. So no I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Always have to wait for the product needed or have to get it somewhere else. Also, the lack of customer service is very ridiculous. Not sure why this is, but it's a huge problem.

I would like to appreciate Harold from the paint department on a great job assisting me and telling me about the PRO point service. Thanks bro

Only come to this store for small items. Bigger items are mislabeled as available for pick up but have none in stock.

My order was not ready when scheduled, had to wait 2hr for an employee to pull my order and had to returned 5 hrs later for the rest. Customer Service was not helpful at all

In the 20 minutes I was there, a bum tried to break into my car, someone relieved themselves on my car, I was harassed by all the people looking for a job in the parking lot, and only self checkout open. Home Depot is like a third world country, be prepared for anything.

I couldn't find the product I wanted to buy - hardwood floor cleaner and tile cleaner. I asked one employee and he went out of his way to tell me it was in aisle 4. And voila! There they were. Thank you.

This Home Deport, and many others, have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Store associates, both at the service desk and registers, as well as on the floor, will do everything within their power to ignore you. You'll often find them in small groups scattered around the store (and particularly near self checkout registers) talking among themselves and paying no mind to the customer. If you ask someone for help, they often times seem bothered by your question. They also may or may not have an answer. In short, it's a very unwelcoming experience and customers are made to feel unappreciated. Home Deport only gets away with it because they basically own the consumer hardware/home improvement market. If there was any viable competition, maybe things would be different. Still, you have to wonder why a company of this size would allow its management and associates to get away with this? At minimum you'd think there be a concern for maximizing service as it relates to sales, decreasing returns and certainly helping with shrink. This doesn't even consider any sort of pride in the company and brand, which very well may be an outdated concept these days. What about labor hours? You'd think management would be concerned about hourly employees simply standing around and ignoring people, let alone wasting company time. Also, the parking lot lights are never on in the evening. This makes it not only dangerous from a crime perspective, but also general safety an issue when simply walking to and from your vehicle. But hey, as long as the stock is up who cares, right?

Bought carpet and molding. The sales people there are knowledgeable and listed to you. I wasn't sure what I wanted but there knowledge helped me through the process. Can't beat there prices either. Great service

This store had parking for Veterans which I am a 24 year Airforce Veteran and Nellis AFB was my 1st duty assignment in 1973. It had products that I had been searching for (Snake Plant, sliding door handle) I was extremely grateful and happy to finally find products that I had been looking for a long time at the Homedepot on Lamb Blvd in LasVegas Nevada. Are trip to Home Depot August 7, 2024 Departments paint employee Lee and PVC pipe department male employee name unknown was satisfactory, employee’s were polite and experienced, assisted with all items needed for home projects.

Returned two eight months old trees, Jason was able to take care of the problem.

I have been a Home Depot Shopper for over 30 years. I just purchased a new gas range and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. Will try to keep you posted.

I hit this Home Depot on a hectic Saturday to get a gallon of paint mixed, as well as grab a few rattle cans for a DIY project. The paint department was busy, as only one staffer was present, and I braced myself for a wait. Imagine my surprise when Lee asked me what I needed and jumped right in to dig out the keys for the rattle can cage and swapped out the base I grabbed erroneously to get the custom color I wanted. As I stood by waiting for it to mix he slide around the department helping other customers seamlessly and efficiently, returning as my paint finished mixing, and took the time to ask if I need brushes or rollers and explained the benefits of the anti-mildew add-in t the paint. The guy was a savant, satisfying everybody's needs and asking questions without avoiding eye-contact or ignoring anyone...which I feel everyone kind of expects from HD employees. He kept track of who was "next" and guided people to the products they were seeking, answering questions and juggling all his duties professionally. When Melody returned, evidently having been on break, he didn't slow down. She stepped into the flow of things and the two of them RULED the paint department - what a team!!

Checked website to confirm items in stock. Went to purchase items to discover they were out of stock. Associate scanned barcode and confirmed items were supposed to be in stock but nothing in the bins. Not the first time this has happened.

Beautiful store very clean, best associates, sometimes they are busy but have patience, you are not the only person in the store that needs help
