Diane the cashier was helpful and Jim who helped load my heavy items tried three different ways to fit them into my car and had no problem doing it.. Jim made ME the customer very happy with my visit. By the way 105 degrees hot out side and Jim still willing to put in the effort to get me on my way to complete my project i purchased my items for.

Overall great experience lines at check out to long

Once again I was able to get in, locate the items, and do a fast self checkout. These are the main reasons I shop here rather than the BLUE store down the street. The only problem I ever encounter is with that rude arrogant Security Guard on a bicycle in the parking lot, in fact one time he was so verbally abusive that I turned around, got back in my truck, and did go down to the BLUE store and purchased the big ticket item there.

I like going to home depot. I'm a hard workin man so i go at lest once a day. They got what i need. and the help i"m looking for.

Great store easy to find materials I needed Only thing is the isles are cluttered up with promotion items and you have to shift these items around to get to what is on the shelf.

Usually can find needed items quickly. Sometimes need an associate's assistance. They are always helpfull.

I was told by Tuff Shed to go look in the model sheds for a color chart brochure. There weren't any in the sheds but there were a lot of cups and fast food wrappers. I went inside to customer service and the lady there was very helpful, even giving me the store's last copy of their color chart because she couldn't find any brochures either. I think the store needs to communicate better with their suppliers.

THE SALES ASSOCIATES WERE WONDERFUL. UNTIL YOU GET TO LUMBER THERE SEEMED TO BE A SALES ASSOCIATE IN EASY REACH. EVERYTIME I GO TO LUMBER WE HAVE TO HUNT DOWN HELP. OR WALK TO FRONT OF STORE AND REQUEST SOMEONE BE SENT. OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVE HOME DEPOT. WHY CAN WE NOT PURCHASE THROW AWAY LUMBER? AND WHY CAN WE NOT GET DISCOUNTED LUMBER CUT EVEN FOR A PRICE AS WE CAN AT LOWES??

There were several people at the paint counter this morning so it took a little bit to get some help, but then the associate was very helpful and friendly. There is a Lowe's near my house, but I drive twice as far to get to this Home Depot. Everyone is always so helpful and ready to give advice...even when they are super busy!

I went in for some items that I needed, I did not think it was gonna be that fast. Great employees store looks clean.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. One suggestion, please have more employees on the floor, I had to go chase them through the aisles.

I go to every store for my work, this store is horrible, rude cashiers, people in the aisles that won't help and poorly stocked shelves.

I was surprise to see such a great difference between Las Vegas and Hawthorne.

I love the way the store employees would see looking for something and ask to help, even though they are working

Every time I went in al I had to do was walk by an associate and they would ask if I needed help. Even if they were doing something else they would stop to help.
