If you are coming in to buy appliances, Tina is the lady you want to work with. If you need something from the plumbing department, Nacho is the man that will make sure you go home with the right stuff.

You'll never be disappointed in shopping at Home Depot (actually any of them). They are mostly readily available to help you and always courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Love these stores.

I really like the way veterans are treated at the Home Depot. As retired military and a Vietnam War Era veteran, our service during that era was not always appreciated. The thank yous and smiles when I preset my ID are appreciated more than most people know, but this Home Depot seems to understand. The stores in Spokane, WA even go so far as to provide veterans reserved parking right up front. I also suggested to this store to implement something similar. Hopefully these kind of policies will become commonplace at the Home Depots nationwide.

Clean and nice people

Very friendly store the people looked happy to work there lots of smiles and joking all around something you don't see very often i was greeted several times and asked if i needed anything and will go back to shop again!

This store is desperately lacking employees on the floor to help anyone. I waited for 30 minutes to get help getting lumber off a shelf. Then waited 20 minutes to get help cutting a sheet of plywood. Employees that seen me looking for help turned around and left. Maybe it wasn't their department. Too bad! very poor customer service. I will shop there again but only if I have a half of a day to stay there and wait for help.

The store is the best in the valley and I will tell anyone to visit this store. The employee's are great and willing to help you anytime you walk into the store. That's why I have been coming to this store for 14 years and have spent over $40,000 dollars in this store. I spent my money were I am respected and cared for as a customer.

I would recommend the store even though I was not helped out in one department -storage. Also could not find joint parts for Gutters. But other depts. Are very knowledgeable & professional & very helpful

Customer service is not the least bit helpful. I bought some things IN FULL to be picked up the next day, they didn't have anything ready, they made me wait a long time for them to bring everything down. Ok, ok. Turns out they didn't even have one of the items I had ALREADY PAID FOR, THEY made ME go to another location, this is from the customer service desk. I was desperate to get things done so I went ahead, I told them I was going immediately so they can have it ready for me to pick up. THEY weren't even good enough to do that, pick up the phone to give them my name and the item I was to pick up. Another hour or so lost. One of the items I purchased was damaged so we returned it, but the person at the counter was rude and would go to her coworkers and point in my direction, I don't know what she could have been talking about whether me or the product, but I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional. My most recent purchase was the kitchen appliances, I told them the only way I would buy is if it could be delivered AFTER 4:30. THEY called me to let me know it would be delivered from 12-4. YEAH RIGHT!

Even as crowded as it usually is, I did not have to wait long.

I feel very comfortble shopping or buying anything in this store where almost all the employees go out of their way to assist customers and to make customers feel important in a very friendly way. They are very professional and knows what they are doing.

Be prepared to wait in long line to check out.

This store is the closest from my work office to home, normally is well stock in available products, but more than often specially in the lumber and construction areas the merchandise is badly accommodated. The plumbing section has exceptional variety and sometimes I will prefer the 3303 instead the located in Mark St Henderson which is closer to my home. Some of the floor representatives excel in customer service, but, few in this store are the divas of the DIY, so impossible to reach them. Almost everyone, but a couple exceptions in the cash registers are really attentive and efficient. Haven't seen the Manager in a while, I hope is the same from couple years ago.

Always check out with Adriana shes the best and always will have your back with whatever you need. Definitely goes above and beyond
