We as a population are in a lot of trouble if the world is relying on people like who currently work at this Home Depot. Employees know how to play video games and make fentanyl but not construction basics from experience or how to tie a knot for customer service needs? No wonder the country is falling apart. Woof

Double charged me for a $49 item on my banking account. Later reimbursed my account. Potentially causing my account to be in the negative. This is unacceptable

I brought in 3 samples of paint to match, NONE were made correctly and this has happened previously. When I asked the associate to use the paint name and numbers they insisted on matching it with the samples. Had to go to another store to get this remedied and wanted 2+ hours of my time. I will not have any paint matched at this store again.

It is very difficult to find staff to help you, everything is locked up.

Bought a refrigerator for my home. They wanted to only deliver it to my door. I as m 72 years old and have no family. I can’t move the refrigerator myself. They need to have signs out that they only want contractors shopping there. When I buy a bed, the bed company brings it in, sets it up and hauls away the old one. Home Depot won’t even take my old refrigerator out to the curb for me.

It's always a bit crowded in the power tools aisles where the drills, saws, routers, etc are, but even though I'm only an old lady who putters around my house with minor construction jobs, I am ALWAYS approached multiple times by men asking if I need assistance. I really appreciate that, Home Depot!

I was having a problem with a tension rod I purchased online. I described the problem to Noah, and he helped me by listening to the problem and making suggestions. He was definitely helpful after being so frustrated trying to install the tension rod using just the items that came with it.

I buy many different items and always know that I can get at least close to what I need.

Good product available but customer service needs improvement. This store is in a high theft location but don’t assume every colored person is going to steal and follow them around or creep around the aisle keeping an eye on them. Cashiers are sometimes friendly and greet you on the way out or coming in. This location is conveniently near my home I just hope customer service gets better so I can continue shopping here and support my area and not just going online.

Skyler us in the lumber department was an enormous help to us, kindly making the cuts we needed — and couldn’t do ourselves. Now, we can (finally!) build shelving into our tiny bathroom. Thank you, Skyler!!

Purchased an industrial sewing machine “Vevor” from The Home Drpot online. Darn thing didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to return the item to our local store after the normal return window because we paid with Home Depot Consumer Credit Card. Sometimes good things do come in small packages.

I'm the first to admit I don't know much about kitchen design and everything that's involved. Martin in the Portland Mall 205 HD design department was absolutely amazing. He walked us through the whole process and not once was there impatience, arrogance, assumption or anything else that I'd consider a negative. As a result, we feel very listened to and very satisfied about the final result of our kitchen design and the cabinet/countertop/appliance package order/purchase.

I will not be coming back to this store because they are in the business of inconveniencing their customers.

I dislike shopping at large corporate stores, but Home Depot is convenient - there are a lot of different items in one store and that offsets things slightly. Now they’ve eliminated human cashiers (read jobs and income into my community). I don’t appreciate the loss of jobs and I don’t appreciate doing those jobs ringing up my own purchases for free. Home Depot is just working on draining as much money from my community as possible.

Unfriendly, they look like they are being bothered when asked a simple question or need help with something. They gave us the wrong shade of blue for our exterior home and had to pay our contractors an extra day of work after that mistake. Home Depot hire people that genuinely want to help customers!

Overpriced, staff aren't educated on requirements and waste your time seeking measurements and remeasurement a. 300 dollars to install a 500$ door is ridiculous, for example.

We shop at the Home Depot multiple times a week to accommodate our business needs. Every time we shop at this Home Depot, we truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Pro Desk staff. They are kind, courteous and attentive, as well as knowledgeable. Izzy is great at following through on our special requests and inquiries. Mandy and the other people at the Pro Desk are always so friendly and warm when they greet us. They also are great at answering our questions and helping us in ways we didn't quite expect. Thank you to the team of Pros who serve as staff at the Pro Desk-- You are all stellar examples of excellent customer service!

Even though I accompanied a friend to this Home Depot so she could buy bathroom caulking, I wound up buying some reduced-priced products to help me with my Spring Cleaning. I also checked out under-counter strip lighting with the help of two employees, who were both helpful, courteous and friendly.

No Manned Checkstands. Long line for checking out and only 1 employee helping customers at the self-checkouts. It was a mess. The gals at the paint stand were just standing around and snacking/eating on the job and just seemed to be talking with each other. They were very curt when I asked if they could check me out. (I was not buying paint.) They said no, go to self-checkout.
