We needed to return a faucet that was more than 90 days old. We live in Newport, so are not in Portland that often. The clerk was friendly, and offered in-store credit without a hassle. While searching out our options for a new/better faucet, at one point there were 3 associates all weighing in on feature and water pressure information. After our selection, one clerk walked us over to a different aisle where he suggested a small filter for the intake line. All in all, a great experience. Check-out was friendly and quick too.

sometime products found at PDX or Troutdale stores are not same as in the Portland Store so when going into store look for some items expectand don't find as the store doesn't have them so got two items needed but not the one i really wanted went to another one to get what necessary

priced just right for an emergency bathroom repair. easy to find, and product was energy conservative, which allows for rebate. recommend this store.

Went to get lumber and some plumbing supplies. The associate in plumbing was more interested in packing down than to help me the customer. They didn't have all the parts I needed either. This seems to be normal at Home Depot in the Portland area.

I love Home Depot because the people who work there are very attentive to helping. I like the aisles that everything is marked and easy to find. I find the prices are good and everything I need related to the store is great too.

I come to this Home Depot very often. The staff is good, friendly and usually always very knowledgeable. This is my number one Home Depot, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We needed hemlock trim, tools, nails and even a hand-truck to customize our appliance purchase installations, and found all the materials we needed with help from the many store reps available. We asked for help from multiple employees, including where to find items, whether specific wood was kiln dried and if we could have longer lengths cut down for us. All was handled professionally and expediently. We even found the exact style of hand-truck we were needing to move the appliances. Home Depot ROCKS!

This Home Depot was clean and well-maintained and very accessible

I came to get some wood dowels for my sister's art project. Thanks to Tamra, a store worker who assisted me almost as soon as I arrived at the store, I was able to find the dowels quickly. I asked Tamra if it was possible to have the dowels cut to size, since my tools had recently been stolen. She kindly offered to cut the pieces for me. Tamra also helped me to locate LED lights and to compare the different qualities of light different bulbs offer. That was very helpful for me in finding the appropriate lighting for my home's needs. Tamra was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in helping me locate the various items that I needed to buy during this trip to Home Depot. She provided such outstanding customer service that I would definitely put your store at the top of my list for the next time I shop for home improvement items. Bravo.

took 5 minutes to go in and get what in needed. Nice to be able to get in and get out.

The cashier in checking me out had to enter egift cards and this took time and special overides. She did this with a smile and willingness which was very appreciated.

I asked the associate for three different items he gave me the isle number for all 3 and they were correct.

Skip this store if you need assistance. Go the extra couple miles to the Johnson Creek store where you will always find friendly, helpful associates

I have great time find what I need and even when I think the project is to big I head on over to home depot and talk with an attendant and when I feel comfortable I am able to find every thing I need with confidence get the project complete. thanks to home depot and there knowledgeable staff time and time again overcome projects with amazement.

1st time doing a plumbing project thanks to Kelly who could see caring my old faucet I looked lost, he took me to the right department explained my problem to Dan, who after taking apart my old faucet and listing to my problem was able to help me find a new kitchen faucet within my budget as well knew what items I would need to complete the project walked me through how to do it myself.
