I was helping a friend get her hundred-year-old bungalow spiffed up to host a book-club party that she was anxious about. Being an old house, there are always plumbing and wiring issues, so she had collected several holes in the wall that were made to get access for repairs. The walls were all very custom colors that were painted about twenty years ago, so we relied on the paint department (Brady, Scott and Neil were the ones that helped on this) to try to color-match the paint so we could make spot repairs, since painting the whole house was out of budget and schedule. I brought paint chips in for scanning, and each time when I put the paint on the wall it was close but there was a noticeable difference. Each time I brought in photographs of the results, and whether it was Brady, Scott, or Neil, they warned me that what I was asking for might not be possible, but they would try their best. And each time the colors matched perfectly! My client was thrilled that her house looked so good for the party and the repairs were literally invisible!

I purchased carpets at Home Depot and thought I would do cabinets too. Their prices were 50-70% more than the prices I got on 3W for cabinets and I also got a better deal on quartz counter tops. Go to Stone Depot...they are honest and do awesome work.

Lynn helped me select blinds and was able to secure an early measurement that allowed me to use their sale. Great work!

The associate not only showed me where my lumber was, but he & a co-worker put the planks on my cart and was very helpful in making a few cuts which spared me hours of my own inept cutting. I didn't get his name but he was great!

They offered me a credit card advertise 12 monthd no interest but did not provide me with that ir honor their advertised flyers apparently the credit card i was approved for does not offer any of their no interest promotion they claim they will find the right financing for you but go out of their way to bot provide ANY financing at all once you’ve already purchased an appliance for $1000 i only purchased becusee of their credit card promotion for new accounts 6 months no interest EVERYDAY and 12 months bo interested during the holiday promotion i was told there was nothing Mckay could do. However; he could help me he would not help me he could have authorized a one time aoproval of st least 1 months no interest even 6 months 50% iff interest but he wenr out of his way to not hekp me or honor their slogan “ we’ll FIND the right financing option for your needs” he makes me want to fo through with suicide because of people in this world like him inconsiderate rude selfish greedy evil humans no humanity left in customer seevice he even wrote an email to the manager telling her not to asisst me with any kind of financial discount black man holding back a black sister. This is the world we live in and i refuse to continue living with these evil careless people anymore

I reserved a Penske t2’ truck for a one way rental to move my mom. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told my truck had just been given to someone else. There was a 16’ truck but there were no keys to it so no truck. I looked inside the truck looking for the miss d placed keys. The truck was a piece of crap. Torn seats, dirty and very old. HD got Penske on the phone, they told me there was no guarantee on what size truck you will get and if I still want a truck I will need to drive 12 miles to a different store. And it will be 16’. Never will I rent Penske and never will I rent form HD again. Good news is I was able to call U-haul and get a 10’ truck the same day. Oh and it was brand new.

The employees are great. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Home Depot’s co-founder on the other hand is a billionaire mega-donor to fascist criminal enterprises. Anytime I’m not in a pinch for an in-stock product, I shop elsewhere.

I shop this location frequently as it is near my home. There are always pleasant, knowledgeable personnel there to help me in whatever section of the store to help me with whatever I'm looking for. I like having a checker to help me with my purchases as I'm not one to do self check out!

I know this store and could get in and out because I was familiar where everything was. Now it takes 3 times longer to find what I need because you moved everything. What a waste of my time.

Someone unknown to me is using my military discount. I get their electronic receipts when they buy stuff. Reported this to store long ago and basically got a "duh, dunno what to do, contact Corporate". Did that but no corrective action has been taken.

Great in store service Glacial pace on the order. Terrible install services. Product not made correctly had to reorder. Still waiting for problems to be fixed 6+ months later

Love a store that offers so many solutions to household repairs!

I went into the store with a specific need in order to help me create a 2 x 15 foot drawing and having the ability to control the long piece of paper while working on a small table. I went to the service desk and described what I needed to make. The service desk employee looked at the roster of people working that day and chose an experienced and creative employee, Larry (from the plumbing department), to assist me. He asked me a lot of questions and then came up with the perfect solution out of items from the plumbing dept. He's a genius! I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes and am now happily drawing!

All of the staff had a smile and great attitudes. Don't know what the secret is but other home depots could learn from these guys for sure!

Chris went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and ready to go. Richard helped me find solutions and provided several options on top of that. Both of these guys are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Chris is truly the best manager I've met at any Home Depot. Their dedication and exceptional service made a huge difference in my experience.

Juanita at the self-checkout was so helpful. She made my day on Christmas Eve helping me complete my order so that I could meet a deadline and purchase what I needed to complete a job before the Christmas break.

I purchased a garbage disposal and had Home Depot arrange for the installation. "Superior Water and Air" called me and arranged to have the installers to my home on 11-29-23 between 8:00AM and 12:00PM. Superior never called me to confirm the appointment the day/s before and arrived after 2:00PM. The installers were polite and completed the job, but Superior charged me $400.00. This was way too much money and Home Depot should evaluate finding other qualified installers, who would be willing to conduct installations at a reasonable price.

Go see Richard in the garden department Home Depot - Highland Drive. So smart!

Richard was beyond helpful and sound solutions for everything that came up. He took the time and save me a ton of time. I won’t go to any other Home Depot after this experience.
