They had clearance stickers all over these canopies. Employee wouldn't honor the red one that have been stacked on top. I came back 3 hours later to pick something up for a job and they never fixed the issue.

Everyone is so helpful. I really prefer to get all of my hardware needs at this location. Joann in the appliance and Floorong area is particularly helpful!

The store employed was very helpful

I was at this store to purchase a dimmable LED light and this required a certain specified light switch. Easy to find yet the difficulty is knowing which of 2 switches was really applicable for this. That's when I walked by Loretta and she asked if she could help. Loretta's knowledge in electrical is exceptional! She looked through online info and then took me to a nearby computer to get a deeper search. She was deep into comparing and evaluating 2 very similar switches to make sure I got the right one. What a fantastic experience I had. I know electrical circuits but Loretta is much more knowledgeable and looked through a few different screens. She really took the time to make sure everything lined up. I really appreciate pleasant and knowledgeable people. I am grateful to be guided by Loretta. I see her help and give great options to others as well. She is a great person to trust!

Went to have 5 boards cut and waited over 25 minutes for the guy to stop unloading material from pallets to help me for 5 minutes. Multiple employees walked by me and my young son waiting patiently and didn’t ask if we needed help.

Great store not super busy. Similar layout to all Home Depots. They do not have a place inside for carriages at the entrance, which is weird. Wet carts or non at all.

My wife and I visited the Home Depot located on Boston Road, Wilbraham, and met an Appliance Specialist named Bill Mulhern. Bill made our shopping experience remarkable with his extensive knowledge of the appliance we were interested in and his professional demeanor. Bill is definitely an asset to his branch.

Take the longer trip to this home depot. Shopping experience is night and day compared to other locations.

I had some issues with an online flooring order so I took to the store physically and the associates were very helpful. Even going as far as giving us a discount for our troubles online, which was not their fault at all. Grace specifically was very kind and a great example of having great customer service during ALL hours of your shift. Highly recommend this location!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly staff. The store was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. As someone who would not normally shop at a home improvement store, I was delighted to find an array of products. I was assisted to find what I needed and was given ample space to make a decision. Brian was helpful in assisting me with a product choice and had a great sense of humor! I was also happy to have some assistance with the self checkout. Not a fan of those, but Grace made it very easy!

this store is very convenient for and closer to my home. I visit very often to this location which always have good deals on everything.

Always find helpful people even when the store is crowded -- wait times are reasonable to the circumstances and employees are attentive when engaging with you

I’m years past I had always found it difficult to find knowledgeable help, if anyone to help me. This store had more than enough knowledgeable staff to help even close to 10:00 pm closing time!

New refigerator pruchase. Not an essential appliance and only curbside delivery. BUT if I purchased something more expensive, installed in home. Employees could not explain why other than more $$$. I will be shredding my HD Credit card!
