This store is actually further than another Home Depot store but I have found that they are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, that my in store time is so much quicker. Excellent customer service.

First off I think Home Depot as a whole in my little world of The Pioneer Valley has slipped. I went out looking for a Cordless Framing Nailer and One Store in 25 miles had one for rent. I checked online and saw that two different stores had what I was looking for. but unfortunate for me when I went to the stores, not only did they not have a nailer they didn't even have a tool shed to rent them. So after a couple more days of searching I found a gun at the East Spfld. Home Depot. to keep the story short. I went and rented the Nailer at the E. Spfld Store and figured my job just got easier. Rented on Thursday, it rained all day Friday and Saturday AM. When I used the Nailer on Saturday afternoon, the nails were not penetrating all the way in the wood. So being on a DIY project, I checked You Tube. Sunday morning I called the Store. the employee on duty told me less than I learned on You Tube. I went to return the tool today before it is due. It doesn't work, no problem, I'll get my money back. Not so fast there Pilgrim. The best they could due is give me half back. I don't believe it but I figured, the nails went half way in so I'll settle for half. Not to greedy. So lets see $78+11.70 INS they don't tell you so $78. +11.70 tax 4.88 94.58 / 2 = 44.58 not bad, right. OK but what about my $50. Oh you don't get that back. What do mean, I give you $50. to hold until I bring your tool back then you give me back my $50 DEPOSIT. I had to leave before I exploded and I didn't even question the 2 days that I had left on the Rental. Read and ask questions and don't short yourself by bringing the tool back early. If I rent a cement mixer next. I will use it to keep screen door closed if I don't finish that early. Please excuse any errors and misspellings I am still hot. Punctuations, I missed that class.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen, went to another big box store and was not pleased with the service, at Home Depot, we were met with a smile and very helpful Kitchen Design consultant, Mandy. Based on our specifications, she designed our kitchen to our liking and let us know about specials that were going on so we could get the best deal for our money. We are very satisfied with the service we received, it was above and beyond even when we made changes she was patient and helpful. As a result we bought, our cabinets, granite countertops, sink, tile and other items from Home Depot and will continue to shop there.

This is my local Home Depot Store, which I am particularly proud of as I see in the local newspaper often that they donate to local Veterans in need. It is great to a company as big as Home Depot still very much involved in their community, due to this fact I will always go out of my way to go to this particular store!

I always shop at this Home Depot, since it is right near my new house! Never have any problems. Actually, the service at this store is always better than any other experience I’ve had at other stores in the past. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. No complaints !

I always went to the homedepot in west springfield. It was the first store in this area.It gets too busy and gets depleted. I have to drive the back roads of Wilbraham to get there, but they have everything I need.

WE BOUGHT DOORS AND A SLIDER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT BRIAN GAVE US WAS IMPECCABLE. HE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED TO KNOW FOR OUR PURCHASE. IF ALL CUSTOMER REPS WERE LIKE BRIAN WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD IT WOULD BE.

I have been to this store many times, and I never get any help looking for what I need, unless I walk up to a sales associate or go to the front desk and have them page somebody to help me. Once I was visiting a Home Depot in Columbia, Maryland, and no more than 60 seconds after I entered the store did a sales associate walk up to me and ask if I needed any help finding things. I was astonished by this. I explained to the sales associate that I could walk into the Home Depot on Boston Road in Wilbraham, MA, and stand in an aisle all day, and nobody would come over to see if I needed any help. The sales associate in Columbia found this "unbelievable!"

During the COVID pandemic I felt comfortable entering the store, with the precautions the store is taking I had no problem shopping. They are very accommodating. I was there to buy a grill and customer service helped me immediately. Sales associates helped me within minutes of asking. Thank you for always making my shopping experience a pleasure.

I had a very pleasant experience at the store yesterday when I went to purchase my custom made kitchen counter. Stan was very pleasant and patient. I felt bad for him though because he was extremely busy with no time to eat or take a break besides the 10 minute break he had. I think they need more employees in the kitchen cabinet/counter top area.

I would like to give a shout out to John in the plumbing department for his knowledgeable help and friendliness! He not only made sure my needs were met but went above and beyond to help, sincerely thank you!!!! Especially seeing everything we're going through with covid-19 this store hands-down is my favorite store! One other employees suck out to me as well was assistant manager Keith, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and runs a great crew! Thank you home Depot for making my experiences great, every time! In store experience was fantastic as they wanted to make a sale. Once the sale was made it turned into a nightmare to include me never receiving my product and the manager Keith just telling me he will refund my purchase. 4/8/20 purchased freezer for a delivery on 4/16/20. 4/15/20 status showed product on truck for delivery. 4/16/20 received delivery time of 2pm. 11:30 am received a call saying product was out of stock and would not receive till 5/20/20. Called store. Spoke with Keith who had horrible customer service skills. Had no explanation as to why I was sold an item they don’t have. No attempt to make the situation right. Just an oh well we can refund your money. I don’t want my money I want my freezer. Took day off from work for delivery and sold old freezer this morning. Requested to have his district manager call me. He refused and told me to call customer service. Called them and they said they can’t contact district manager. So Keith is that last line of contact over this matter. Will not shop here again until this is made right.

Stan was great and helped with the design of new cabinets for my kitchen. Bill in appliances helped picking out new appliances for the kitchen and picked out appliances that I liked and would fit in the new cabinets. Thank you!!

I shop this store often, not only due to the fact its in close proximity to my residence, but I am very familiar with the location of certain products that I use for my business on a regular basis. Overall the store is usually clean but the lumber department is sometimes cluttered for consecutive days at a time. Employee assistance is usually good..however I don't need assistance on a regular basis. Special ordering is also a good experience. The cashiers at the contractor check out during the workweek are very friendly and knowledgeable.Their names are Cynthia and Missy. It's always satisfying to see one or both when I walk in in the morning. I know that they'll ring up my purchase promptly while taking a few moments chat a little about whatever issues or events are happening in every day life. This store is a better store with those two ladies working there.

Bought an area rug today at the home depot in Wilbraham. The employees were friendly, helpful.. and happy! Good prices.

This storeis terrific. I don't care when I go their everyone is always polite & courteis. They offer to help always. Many other stores I go to aren't as polite.

When the store first opened it was better because all the employees were former technicians or tradesmen in the field that they worked in. Now due to the changing times the people do not always have the answers and require finding someone in the store that does.

Today I went to the store and cashier Rosa was very very nice with me and my wife.

Nice people, nice store, and nextdoor to my grocery store.

Great service well stocked and the employees are quick to help which is rare in big box stores. The 10% Military discount is a very nice thing to do for Veterans!
