As stated in several surveys, your store's associate are so great. From Ken, who just about anywhere in the store to Mike, Geoff in Paints to Steve in Customer Service. Then there is Herb, and Dawn, who are ALWAYS a joy to chat with during my visit. I've only had one 'no so good' experience, but that's ok I would be a little concerned if everyone was perfect ! ha. The folks I mentioned make a difference .

all people in the store are extremely friendly and helpful. We are always guided to the products we need. The store is very clean.

So far I haven't had any issues with this store and I'm in many Home Depot locations on a daily basis. The employees always seem to ask if I need help. Other places it's sometimes hard to find anyone working.

Just came back to the Home Depot to purchase more cabinets. Marissa in the cabinet department is a pleasure to work with.

We recently shopped for a dishwasher. Looked on line first. Saw the dishwasher in the store. Ethan was quite helpful with the purchase. Told us about the new electrical wiring we need. Then arranged for delivery so we can get the work done. Thank you for an easy experience.

The appliance sales manager Pete, and sales assistant, Ethan were exceptionally helpful in assisting that a washer was delivered and installed the next day. No other appliance store in the area were willing to even discuss our dire situation.

Fantastic experience! As one that travels the country and encounters thousands of people, I can say that today I had divine help. Donna was fantastic and solved my issue efficiently and with a great attitude. The two men that worked the saw wrrw also amazing. Jennifer at the register sealed the deal with great people skills! Excellent experience!

This store is well stocked, clean and easy to find merchandise. Better employees than most stores.

You will not find a hardware store with better employees. They are genuinely kind, friendly people who are knowledgeable and skilled at finding a solution to whatever project problem you have. The store is neat and clean and you can find anything you could possibly need, but it is the employees who make this a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend the Frazer Home Depot.
