Average is where I'd rate everything at this store. Decent prices, management seems capable, selection could be a little better. One employee named Gabe C. Was super helpful when I needed help loading my new tool chest In to my truck. Very well spoken, polite young man. He is a vibrant splash of color in an otherwise bland roster of associates. Great Job!! Thank you so much for your help Gabe C. Your customer service skills will make a returning customer outta me for some time to come.

Associates helped me quickly find what I was looking for. The items were heavy so they loaded them on a cart and into my van. They were genuinely friendly. The cashier was warm and welcoming. The store was clean and organized.

Was almost run over by a fork lift by the paint section. Seconds later asked an employee who was walking by himself towards me where the batteries were located- told me he could not help because he was helping someone else - sorry, Although he was by himself

The employee who helped us in the Garden Center, Mike Wills, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. He immediately showed us Exactly what we were looking for & made sure we saw everything that matched what we had told him we were looking for. He made our trip as efficient as it was successful - something not often found in @ garden centers.

I had been searching for a Honda lawnmower that was impossible to find. This store had one, a display, which they normally would not sell. However two employees took it upon themselves to intercede with the manager on my behalf and they made an exception and I got the lawnmower. I hope they get more in for other customers.

I was helped by Martin and Francisco in the garden area. They went above and beyond Normal expectations of a general customer. They were quick, friendly and attentive and help me lift close to 1500 pounds of dirt

Weekend shopping at the Big Box Stores does not always find the most helpful staff. Not true at Eagan Home Depot. Paul in the Garden Department was second to none! I will shop there just because of the experience we had with him.

Great location and never have to wait. Great Customer Service and Great Product Selection. Parking is good too.

I have been shopping at this store for several years. The staff is always knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. So much so that I really do not need to shop anyplace else for my home needs.

The store was very clean and I was immediately greeted and directed towards my intended purchase by a very kind employee. Great selection of indoor plants- I found everything I needed and more! Derek assisted me in the check-out and put my succulents in a box so they would not be damaged in-transit. Another employee (I didn't get her name, but she had glasses and I loved her jeans) looked up another product for me I was asking the cashier about and directed me towards to location for my other purchase. I don't go into home improvement stores often, and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

Employees Kaiser and Cheryl were very friendly and helpful when purchasing our refrigerator.

My sales person, Paul Reeb, was very helpful and made sure that I got the best price and any available discounts on my purchase of a tool chest.

This store is pet friendly which was the most important thing in my book! But also the help I have received at this location while trying to figure out what I need for my first home project has been amazing!

I was in the store for less than a minute in the light bulb set when an employee greeted me and asked me if he could assist with anything. I was in need of some help and I got it. My next stop was in HVAC and after approaching a cashier for some assistance, an associate was summoned and he pulled a case of filters down out of the racking. This was all in a matter of minutes. I then searched for garage door lube but was having no luck. The same associate that helped me with filters saw me in my dazed state and asked if he could help. He then took me to the aisle and showed me my options. I was out of the store in ten minutes. This level of customer service is refreshing and I am very appreciative. Kudos to staff and management at this store.

An employee by the name of Darrell Zerwas was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable making my shopping experience very satisfying.

There is a guy named Charles Cruise that works in the lumber area. He knows his stuff and has very helpful ideas. Everyone is really polite and nice.

I called the Eagan MN store on the afternoon of Dec 18, 2020 to inform them the vanity/sink combo my husband and I purchased that morning only had the vanity, the sink top was missing. The Eagan MN afternoon Manager, had located another vanity/sink combo and he said it could pick up the next morning at the front desk. The morning of Dec 19th, I arrived at the Eagan store to find the vanity/sink combo wasn't at the front desk. Associate, Rose at the return desk indicated there wasn't any vanity/sink combo up front, nor did they have any in inventory at the Eagan store. I was frustrated. Rose went over and beyond to make it right for us, she found the vanity/sink combo at another location. She had it picked up from the other location and delivered it to our home. Thank You Rose for turning our bad experience into a good one. Bravo!

Overall, we had a good purchase and installation experience.

I always find my project shopping successful and satisfying at the Eagan, MN Home Depot.

Great store and great employees. Chuck Dufon at the ProDesk is amazing. Been coming here since the day the store opened.

Was in the market for a water softener and experienced such great customer service. Dan Dancer went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about the product and installation without trying to upsell, which is refreshing. He even sketched out a step by step diagram for me and offered a lot of tips for a self-installation. Shout out to Paul Reeb who also gave me some tips and lifted everything into my car.

Excellent Experience at Eagan Home Depot. Having noticed a great value on a Black Friday item, I went to pick it up and the team member (Paul) provided information on options to help get the job done right. He was caring and helpful in evaluating choices and even helped me select other bargains for the overall project. I noticed that he balanced time for me, several other customers and team members. Truly outstanding service - I will definitely be back

I highly recommend this store. I am a regular at this Home Depot. I do a number of projects that I haven't attempted before and I have always gotten good advice from the staff. They are also extremely willing to help me find things. I also really appreciate their curbside pickup. I just tried it and it took only about 5 minutes.

We frequently shop at the Home Depot in our neighborhood and have always found associates to be friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and a great place to shop!
