store was full of customers and items being stocked....customer service was great. Many compliments to the staff!

The store, and the garden section in particular is a mess. This is the second time in a row that I have been there and been unable to move around due to the aisles being blocked with store merchandise and packaging. The staff appear oblivious to the state of things. The only reason I go back is because it is close to my home.

Very helpful and very courteous and he went out of his way to help me get what I neededfor my job.

I don’t yet have the vacuum cleaner I purchased but the store was extremely helpful in ordering it.

I bought some copper line on the recommendation of an employee. It turned out to be the wrong kind of line with completely different measurements. Refrigeration line is measured differently than the water line I needed. I spent 5 hours and $125 trying to get my water line set up. All that to find out that I had the wrong copper tube in the first place. I called to see if we could swap it or return it. Since it's been cut, the answer is no. I do understand the return policy but in this case it is poor to not stand behind your employees.

Very nice store layout and very helpful associates. I always get what I need when I go to Home Depot

If you have a carpet or flooring project to do go see Tammy Ptomey. She will help walk you through the project and ensure you are 100% satisfied before checking out. She very thorough and loves helping.

After being told there was no cash option at self checkout, I spent 15+ minutes in a regular line ( I had to change lines 3x due to check stand issues) to buy a single item.

Our stove broke last night! I found my dream stove at Home Depot and knew there has been a shortage so I called to check inventory and then ordered it over the phone! Yes... like old school. Cindy took my order and she was so friendly and efficient and helpful. Thanks Cindy. From crappy to happy with one phone call!

Purchased a sample can of Behr Marque paint, it was full of debris, and no one at Eagle store cares, not the paint the guy, not the manager.

We live in Star which is a 20-mile round trip from the closest store (Eagle) so it is critical that the store have what we need when we need it. And it almost always does. Been shopping at the Eagle store since 2004 and I can't recall any bad experiences with products or personnel.

Love this store, especially the employees, who have always been helpful and worked with me.

We planned our trip to this HD based on checking online inventory of project items; once we got here, the inventory was spot on reflecting the exact number of boxes of screws, tape measures, and hinges that we spec'd out via the online list. (Pretty rare). Also when we selected the 8 @ 2" x 4"s, the selection of these lumber pieces was amazing--we didn't have to scramble through many to get the full quantity of straight ones. Lastly, "John" was the midday lumber HD professional who assisted us when we asked if he would cut the lumber so we could transport it in our car. He asked what the final dimensions for the project were, listened, and then cut the 2" x 4" as 1' and 2' lengths very quickly. This not only helped us fit the purchased 8" lengths in our jeep, but saved a ton of time doing these cuts. In addition to adhering to safety requirements (wore glasses, used gloves) John directed a coworker on several tasks for stocking, and he also patiently assisted another customer who wanted information--pretty awesome multi-tasker, who gave excellent customer service, and engaged professionally with everyone who he passed or approached.

Disappointed that the LOCAL store has decided to disregard corporate policies regarding required face coverings. Even if they are not able to enforce face coverings due to the safety of their employees, the corporate policies should still be displayed. We will choose to shop at stores that choose to care about the health and safety of their customers.

The store is well stocked and friendly. I enjoyed my visit there and will return.

Our in store laminate order was messed up from the start. Then they couldn't find the order when it came in. We spotted the box for them in the customer pick up area. We didn't feel like they were very professional. Thank goodness we found it 2 days before our counters were to be built.

Most customers don't wear masks at this location. Many employees don't wear masks at this location. Far to much merchandise in aisles making it impossible to maintain safe distancing.

If you’re going to have a mask policy then you should enforce it. If you’re not going to enforce it why even have a policy?

Went into store to get a car key made. Asked rep and he sent me to hardware aisle and said a rep would be there. No reps in aisles 9-13. Walked over to window sales counter. Two reps talking about stock. Waited until they finished discussion to not interrupt. They finished and started new discussion and did it another time. I was standing right in front of them and they didn't even acknowledge my presence or say, "hi, just a minute". I was there close to two minutes (silly me). I turned and walked away and neither said a word as I left. I have found there are two employees in this store on the floor that are knowledgeable, a plumbing rep and Timmy. They are the reason I return despite multiple reps with lack of product knowledge or even customer service (helping solve a problem or ask questions about product). Cashiers are always nice. I will not be using this store any longer.

After purchasing a defective pressure washer I returned to the store to exchange this item. From the moment I entered the store to the point to where I left with my exchanged item the store staff and sales associate were incredibly helpful. Made sure I received what I was coming in for and went above and beyond and offered me an additional 10% off for all my trouble. Cole is an amazing sales associate and should be promoted. This was a 5 STAR visit. Thank you!

I needed a couple of keys made. Store employee Jeffrey was passing by working on something else in his department - he stopped what he was doing and made the keys with a friendly, professional attitude.

Employees throughout the store are always friendly and willing to help. Excellent customer service.

The Eagle store is my LEAST favorite Home Depot. Employees seem to go out of their way to "not make eye contact" for fear you will ask for assistance. Employees seem to NEVER offer assistance when needed. When you do finally corner someone into giving you assistance, they seem annoyed that you ask or take their time. The employees at the Eagle store seem very dissatisfied with their job. This can almost always be attributed to immediate management. Even though Nampa is much less convenient for me, I will make it a point to shop at Nampa HD rather than Eagle HD.
