I find more variety of items for the home and my shop than that of Loews and Ace Hardware and I can find find help almost anywhere in the store. Great shopping, I spend a lot of time looking in the adult candy store.

Employees always helpful, provide assistance in locating a product and/or provide tips for a particular job.

Outstanding Customer Service. Store has employees who care.

I went to Home Depot today with my grand kids, just to enjoy the new beautiful Christmas Decorations. I end up purchasing a beautiful snowman for outdoors and the customer service was great in assisting me and carrying out to my car.

I visited several departments today, each one was well stocked clean and organized, all the associates that I came in contact with were very helpful and courteous, thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable, I will definitely return. #stressfreeshopping

Good store because of the employees that understand the HD brand and customer service (Elliott and Jill).

After Irma I was looking for a generator even though we didn't lose power. Why? I had a lot of friends that were without power for several days and with the next storm we might not be so lucky. I had decided on the Generac GP5500 for a few reasons, mostly the low cost and it's simplicity. Yes it's loud, heavy and has no electric start but I'm not that old yet. Build quality looked very good for a Chinese made generator. A lot of these machines have been sold so parts shouldn't be hard to find. I could be wrong but I took the chance. I had been chasing one at all the Home Depot stores in our area (Blue HI stores don't carry them) for a few days and by the time I got there they were sold out. Again. Found a couple of them available online at a nearby store last Sunday and didn't wait. I flew my little truck over there in the weak Sunday traffic and they had 3, but only one was in an unopened box. 5-6 people were hovering over the generators left and all of them were interested in the odd branded electric start models. When I showed up and started reading the info on the Generac box a couple of them wandered over and started looking at the Generac's too. So I started looking at the two electric start odd-named generators left and they did the same, thinking I might buy the generator they wanted. This was a little weird. A vulture battle. :) The cool thing about how this HD store handled generator sales is they had one employee stationed at the stack of generators to answer questions and there were 2-3 flat carts stationed nearby. The HD Lady manning the generator sales nightmare was super nice. I pulled her aside and asked if she could get a couple of guys to load the unopened Generac GP5500 on a cart for me. Within two minutes two guys had it on the cart for me and I was on my way to checkout. All the people standing around that couldn't make up their minds looked like someone had kidnapped their dog.. Lol Checkout was fast and another pair of HD guys were there right after I checked out to load it up for me and I was on ny way home! I am sure it took less than ten minutes from the time I walked into the store till I was on my way home with a new generator in the bed of my truck. Great Customer service Home Depot!!

very organized store

with the tools we have today I feel you could do much more to eliminate the mess that is pvc fittings and nut bolt and washers. A system could be made that would address these ares and the cost would be defraid be reduction in employee time spent trying to undo the mess the some customers make. most of the HD stores have decent crews but it is impossible to keep these two areas straight and fully stocked

There were some angry customers (I was not one of them) because you ran out of water and. D cell batteries. In your defense, so did the entire Tampa Bay area.

This store is always throwing great specials highly recommended. I always go out of my way to this location

I love visiting this Branch. The staff here is very friendly and items are well stocked.

The people here make the difference. Smaller store but great service and if they don't have it they will send you to a store that does. We buy most hom things here, appliances, paint, whatever is needed. Did the same when we lived on Maui but this store has better service. Also has more informed and trained employee's from the person as you come in through check out.

I always have a good experience. Isabel one of the cashier honestly one of the nicest and sweets cashier. She was really helpful. Really great customer service

I have to say, if it wasn't for Alex F in the flooring department, we would likely have stopped going to Home Depot altogether. Alex saved Home Depot a customer (and we've spent a LOT of money at Home Depot that they would have lost). Alex was AWESOME! Great attitude and customer service skills! He jumped right in and went overboard to assist us. Thank you Alex!!

Love this Home Depot, they always have everything in stock...Employees are superior compared to similar stores.

I have been coming to this store for four years now and I think the whole staff is very pro customers, and this store is always clean and neat. I strongly recommend to make this location your preferred one.

My husband and I recently moved to Valrico and this is the closest store to us. As new homeowners we find ourselves often going to this location in search of needed items and they provide nothing less than exceptional customer service and product selection. We are always greeted with a smile and there is always an employee readily available to assist us with our questions or needs. This store is a great example of what great customer service should be :)
