I consistently receive excellent service from genuinely happy work staff at this store. They get so tickled seeing me with my pups coming in. They love on my pups and my pups love the attention they get. I am greeted with smiling faces and get ask of anything they can help me with right away. Keep up the upbeat attitude and excellent service, West Ashley store.

To whom it may concern stop stealing peoples data. I don’t live here. I shopped here once and got an email asking how my visit was. I love Home Depot only for Milwaukee products. Without that I’d never step foot In. Cooperate greed man

We left a hedge trimmer in the cart out in the parking lot & an employee named Garwinn saw it brought it in so we were able to recover it when we returned to the store. You have great staff at this store !

I purchased a hex screwdriver kit with an impact bit set approximately 3:00 pm. The merchandise was delivered by 8:20 pm. I will definitely use this again.

Was given an unusable item as a rental and had to waste productive time to return for the missing part and was not offered any compensation. And was refused compensation when asked.

We bought a 10x8 wooden shed on line and had it delivered to the store in Charleston. When I got to the store the staff was super. They were very polite, helpful and professional. Plus the looked like they were happy.

We had to go seek help when we needed it. It would be nice to have a buzzer at the end of each row that you can push to request help instead after wandering around the store looking for somebody

While there is typically a crowd of people and a large store environment at the Nth Charleston Home Depot, the Home Depot App loaded on my iOS device makes shopping there simple. It is a client facing separator with the other larger stores some of which start with an L that truly enhances the shopping experience. If you have not tried it most any employee at the store can get you started.

Remodeling a bathroom and bought everything there. One stop shopping!!! Lots of help from the employees who were very professional and friendly

Stanchions are used to create orderly lines at checkout counters.This would help prevent disagreements regarding who is next in line. This store needs to decide if there is one line at the counter or two. You have individuals out there that get the Napoleon complex and want to challenge someone they shouldn't. This and perhaps all Home Depots should use stanchions to alleviate this problem.

Weeza went above and beyond in the garden section. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She made fantastic suggestions based off on where we were putting our plants. This is how customer service should always be. We will be back.

I was looking for supplies to touch up peeling paint in my bathroom, such as sanding blocks, wall patch, putty knife, and a paint brush. There were several options to choose from for each item, ranging from economically priced to higher priced if extra quality is needed.

It’s probably one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve been to between Washington state, Oregon, California, and Alaska. The store is always pretty well organized and the employees are friendly and ready to help if needed.

I was greeted at the door and asked what I was shopping for. He helped me get my shopping done. Great customer service from entrance to checkout.

I purchased severals products, happy with the products and customer service experience. The only problem is that it takes so long to get the hold off my checking account for an online product that was ordered in error.

All of the West Ashley Home Depot Garden Center workers are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable in all things relating to the outdoors. From Grills to Mowers to Dirt to Fertilizer to Plants, these workers are THE BEST! Very helpful and attuned to the customer.

I had a tough time getting my wood order delivered for a variety of reasons but the HD Crew came thru for me. Luke and Gramps were terrific. They went out of there way to get me my order. Many thanks!! I am an East Charleston HD customer for life!!

Placed order on line, incorrect part was pulled, and the correct part was out of stock. Waisted 90 minutes of my life, and burned up fuel driving to this store.

This Home Depot location is very convenient and relatively easy to get in and out of. They typically always have what I need. They also have a wonderful selection of plants and gardening items. This is our go-to spot for any home improvement needs!

I have visited this Home Depot now a few times over the last 3 months. Each time I go in it is clean, the staff is friendly, and I have a wonderful experience. The pick up counter experience far exceeds that of other similar stores in the area.

Walter showed us a friendly greeting upon entering the store and was very friendly and efficient during our check out. He is a very helpful and caring employee.

Brenda, the store's customer service representative, took the time to comprehend my concern and carefully listened in order to best analyze and resolve my delivery issue. She not only handled my issue, but she also acknowledged my concern and walked me through the entire process of getting it refunded and resolved. Additionally, she helped me adjust an order, pick up my material, and plan a new delivery, all while remaining happy and helpful. Brenda is the reason I'll continue to shop at HD

Everyone is very helpful and nice there customer service is fantastic. I buy all of my building supplies even all my home supplies from home depot there prices are fair and the quality of their products are worth it I recommend this store to anyone doing a big or little project definitely worth the money. Found all that I needed.

I walked in and was greeted by a lady in the power tools section. I was just looking around but told her I needed a new drill. She helped me find one, made sure there was a battery and that it was specifically what I asked for. She walked the drill down to lumber for me because that's where I was parked. I ended up needing a few more things and checking out by paint (which is on the other side of power tools) and this sweet lady walked all the way back to lumber to get the drill and bring it to the checkout for me. I did say I would go do a separate transaction for it but she said she would go get it for me, talk about customer service, walking from the middle of the store to the end multiple times for someone. Now, the icing on the cake....The Assistant manager walked by and asked me how I was doing. I said, "Well, since you asked, I'm looking for some silicone." We chatted about what I would use it for and we both realized it wouldn't work. I mentioned there was a foam window/door seal that was too pricey but I know it would work. He said if I think it will work to go get it and he would discount it for me. I said you're joking right? He said no. While I was walking back to get it I was asking myself is this a scam? He had told me to go get it and check out with Kathleen. She was so kind and very helpful in telling me about upcoming sales for a brand I like. Every employee I came in contact with that day was amazing!!! Best Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Oh and the foam is perfect! Not one bit of sun/air seeping through. On another day the man in lumber helped me pick out a piece of wood I needed to build a pet door and stood with me for 20min while I contemplated how long to cut the wood. He was very patient and kind.

Tim in appliances did a wonderful job of assisting us in purchasing three appliances even though this is not his normal department. You should keep him there.

Employees down in pro and lumber need more training before getting thrown onto the sales floor. They have no knowledge in products and could be ringing up wrong items. I witnessed two employees trying to find a product sku, calling foam board, drywall. Glad I stepped in when I did, not only was the line getting long but I’m sure the employees were getting frustrated as well. As an ex employee I was able to use the app and find what the customer had and was able to provide a sku so this checkout process would go faster. Everyone was grateful. The two associates (William, and a woman from pro I missed her name but she was tiny and had blonde hair) were super friendly and sweet and I enjoyed the conversation I had with them both. They even learned a couple things to help them out next time. I also watched Adante keeping the lot cleaned from trash flying all over, and gathering the carts while the wind was quite bad today.

I do not use self checkout and there were two cashiers open, not counting lumber department.

Rene was a huge help in our oven purchase! She was so kind, very helpful, and got us in and out quickly with exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Rene!
