The employees are very helpful.

Not bad, just glad to have spent $35 to realize using their flooring dept was not a good idea. It wasn't the store, just the process on a national level and a slow process at that. Thank you Home Depot for charging me so I can realize why not to use you!

This Home Depot location is one of the best of the best. Always well stocked, very polite and customer friendly clerks. And the check out time on average is 99% faster than the competitor across the street from this location!

Home Depot has stepped up their Service Game!

I've always had a positive experience in this store, without fail. Even when I was hunting down a product that was down to 1 in stock that I found on the web page and went to pick up, while it happened to be tucked off to the side where it was hard to find, the generosity of the staff with their time and attention made it easier than in similar situations at other stores. Usually you have to go to a small, non-chain hardware store for that. The small hardware stores are still worthwhile to go to, but it's nice to find that kind of experience at a Home Depot right next to my house.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT, VERY NICE PEOPLE. THE STORES ARE CLEAN SMELLS GREAT, THERE ARE MUCH MORE STUFF TO CHOOSE FROM. THEIR PEOPLE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU CAN ASK ANYTHING TO THEM AND THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT FOR YOU. THEY GUIDE YOU THROUGH SIMPLE PROCESSES AND FIND AN ASWER TO THE HARD ONE. GREAT!

Overall the products that they carry are fine. I really dislike the fact that for the past three times that I went into that store the only check out lines that were open are the self check out. Do they really have that much overhead that they can not afford to hire a full time register person.

Easy to get assistance when needed. Usually find whatever we need and prices very reasonable when compared with other building supply stores in our area. Store is clean and we have never had a problem with parking.

Store always only has self-checkout open during the evening hours and no other registers. Cashier at self-checkout was very rude and non-professional.

Store is in good shape, clean and guides to find whatever you need.

Every time I have been to this store the employees have been great and go out of their way to help. They take you where a product is instead of just telling you. If they don't know they will take you to someone who does and I have never felt like I was interfering with their day.

Needed a new washer and dryer, Ted was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had been to a couple other stores and his assistance definitely out shined the rest!

Diana was our salesperson in the tile department. She is amazing! She helped us a few weeks ago and remembered my son's name and asked about his cross country trip. That personal connection made the sale for me. I ended up opening a credit card account, at her suggestion, and saved some money! Home Depot needs to duplicate her!
