Was happy witht eh elp in buying this item but was not pleased withe the delivery men. They said they could not install the tip feature but my neighbor bught thesame item and they install the tip feature with no problem even thou both houses have the same floors. Also they did not level the stove as one side was higher than the othrer and did not notice it until I went to cook something the next day. Luckily my husband was able t get it leveled

I enjoy this Home depot not only because it is nearer my home, but the emplyees are pleasant and helpful in finding what I came to purchase.

Amazing- I purchased clearance items which were held at will call for up to 7 days. Day 4 I went to pick up the items. They had sold the items to someone else. Their action - Their problem. Their fault. They said they had pulled them from the shelf. They only said we’re sorry and could only offer a refund. They still carry the item at other stores and online, but not at the clearance pricing. They have made their mistake, my problem…That is pathetic customer service! They said they “can’t” change prices of existing items to the clearance price I paid. Everyone knows they can make changes to prices, there is always a way. They need to do the right thing and provide me the product I already paid for at the price I paid to fix their mistake. I just received a notification that they canceled the order…like nothing happened…really…are you kidding…what just happened? A great analogy- Customer pays contractor do some work, then the contractor skips town with the money leaving the customer high and dry, sucker punched. That is how this customer feels. I would hope to receive a call from Home Depot from someone with the authority to do the right thing and redeem this experience. Time will tell. Regards, Infuriated - Dismissed Customer

The online inventory is rarely correct. Shop elsewhere if you can

There were too many HD employees on the floor. Too many times I saw multiple employees standing around blocking the aisles. There were one man lifts, pallet jacks and pallets of stock blocking some aisles. I would have to walk further down (1, sometimes 2 aisles) just to get to back to the aisles I needed to be on. One time an employee had a rolling ladder on one side of the aisle and a display on the other side of the aisle and while he was watching me walk up the aisle, he pulled his cart between the ladder and the display and left it there, totally blocking the aisle. He ignored me, and did not offer an explanation as to why he blocked me. There were approximately 6 times that these occurances happened. It was very inconvenient to shop in this location.

Ordered flooring that was supposed to be available on11/18. Tore all old flooring out and removed clothes & furniture. Went to pick up the order today11/22 and was told it wouldn't be available until at least the 29th. Had to get the order from other vendor

Customer service is a thing of the past.

I was told via Cust support that I had picked up my order, the day & time, but this was not true. Store refunded my money in person as I requested proof.

Somehow the survey I was taking closed mid sentence. Sunday September 25 was a good shopping experience.due to a cashier named Lillian. She was very friendly and there was no rush through our conversation. Nice way to start the day. Thank you Lillian!!

17 boxes of flooring to load on my truck and no one offered assistance but employees were standing around!!!

I was looking for a workbench, and the associate helped me find the best choice. the one that they had left in stock had some damage to it so they agreed to give me a reasonable discount on it. The transaction was so easy, and the associates so friendly, that I decided to return later that week and I purchased a matching rolling toolbox and some misc. supplies.

Usual box store mentality, the upfront displays for seasonal look good. Now go back to the small stuff you need (nuts, bolts, plumbing) and everything is scattered and in the wrong place. I know people are messy but I've never seen any of the small stuff organized or cleaned up.

My experience at Home Depot was great today due to the excellent customer service I received.
