At first I was very upset with the lack of assistance from employees. I waited over 40 minutes before an employee finally helped me with a large pvc shelf. But, after I shared my frustration with the manager, Jennifer, she more than compensated me for my time and aggravation by giving me a nice discount on my purchase. This was completely unsolicited and unexpected... but a wonderful way to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you, Jennifer!!!

All Home Depot’s seem to have the same items, but not all have such high quality customer service. I have had some wonderful experiences here, as I am a frequent DIY person on my rare off time. I must say there is an employee at this store named Mary who will do anything for her customers. What a kind, caring, and knowledgeable employee. The garden area here is nice and I have bought some plants from here that are still alive! I have never had any problems with returns or store pickup. I will continue to shop here, as I am very impressed.

We shop in this store often enough that we have learned to look for the employees that are really helpful like Alex, Marisol and Shailine.

This store almost always has what I need. The employees are both friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and very convenient to my home.

NEVER ORDER ON-LINE and have anything shipped to this store! The customer service staff, including the manager, care nothing about servicing customers. They move so slow, that you can see dead lice falling off of them. After waiting for over 30 minutes to pick up a $1000 electric generator, I decided that Home Depot doesn't deserve my business. Just horrible customer service. They just don't give a crap or care about anything. They should all be fired! $1000 loss of business today because of their horrible attitude.

This is my local store which I visit at least three to four times a month, sometimes more. In general the experience is consistently pleasant and the staff overall is very friendly and very helpful. I can say that there are a few employees that stand out because of their attitude and go the extra mile work ethic. One of those individuals is Pauline who is a cashier most consistently found at the Pro Check Out Lanes. Despite my continued visits to the store I know this employee by sight and until filing out a recent customer survey, I did not know or remember her name as I'm normally doing too many things at once and rarely slow down enough to pay attention to simple things like name tags. This individual is more than helpful because she seems genuinely interested in saving the customer money by making sure they are aware of any promotions or store benefits, incentive programs and the like. Extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, sincere, and always a pleasure to see.

Pete the store manager at 6130 esat colonial dr was the best! I purchased a lockbox for a property the key got stuck in it the manufacturer told me i was SOL! So i called and Pete Said we can try and get the key out! after some things he tired the key was successfully removed from the box and i recieved a new one for 10.00 dollars off his display of customer service was excellent had a great attitude made me laugh and got the job done! What a great display of customer service!

Store always packed of things so to find anything we need its always handy and great, Store always spot clean , personnel ? they're always busy and willing to assist other customers, very friendly by the way ; I have no negative feedbacks, on the contrary ...Its my store that I visit since early nineties...and I will continue doin it .

THE PRO SALES SECTION ROCKS!!!! Thank you all for showing an incredible amount of patience...Especially LIZ M!!! Other section employees, especially the ones that turn the corner when your looking around for assistance...could learn from the great customer service like the Pro Sales section.

Great prices- Toro lawnmower on sale. Online prices were the best in the market. Great service by several employees, Marilyn was supreme, great employee, an asset to the Home Depot. Store was very clean and well organized and had all the product I was looking for. Your employees were very helpful, Marilyn, Marisol, Tara, Fausto and Leslie. .
